During my visit to Zara, I had mixed feelings about the store. The location was central and the ambiance was cozy. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service. However, I found the prices to be excessively high, which made it difficult to justify the purchases. Additionally, I was disappointed by the limited space allocated for men’s clothing. Considering the combination of high prices and limited options, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend visiting this store for shopping.

?TOP TIP: Go early in the day when it is less busy. Zara in Marrakech is beautifully laid out over three stores, creating a feeling of space. Prices are more expensive than in Europe, however Zara is ideal if you need something to wear.

You can order everything online using their app, if you can’t find what you need in your size. This is also excellent during the sale times or to take advantage of special offers!

The merchandising is excellent, very helpful professional stylish workers and Zara regularly have new items, so it is always worth a visit!

I feel this store was very racist or xenophobic. I had to wait almost a half an hour to try to return to unused, unopened products I purchased yesterday. The one cashier refused to assist me. I had to wait for the other cashier. In the process of waiting the one cashier said something about me to the cashier I was waiting for in a language I did not understand. When the second person did finally assist me, he tells me I cannot return the products because I purchased them with a credit card. I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. That did not even make any sense. I had a flight to catch so I did not have time to argue about it. Everyone else who was returning purchases seemed to be able to receive a refund even though they paid with a card as well. Very bad taste in my mouth with this situation. Now I have to hope I can return these items when I get back to the US.

I would honestly say it’s not that good, a bit overrated and average. You’d find that an item that’s worth 70€ costs nore than 1000MAD (yes, you can find the original price under the new applied price on the ticket) and that’s not all!! It’s always messy, thrift shops are more organized than Zara nowadays.

Horrible service and the people at the cashier have no education and blame the clients for the own incompetence and worst they scream back! I will never go there again! I would give 0 stars but it does not let me

Rude staff. Management should teach them how to talk to customers properly. If they are not happy they can leave. There are plenty of unemployed people who will gladly and correctly do their job. Disgusting changing rooms that have not been cleaned in a very long time. Ill-fitting ugly and expensive clothes. I am thinking of writing an email to the mothership store in Spain because it can’t go on like this.

Lovely place best visited during the week as effectively, it can get busy during the weekend. Great selection of clothes, but sometimes not always as competitively priced as in other countries. Regardless, a pleasant place to go shopping.

  1. Some of the staff can be unnecessarily rude. This specific Zara is always a mess. Idk if it’s only during the times I visit it or if it’s always like this. But it’s hectic and messy every time I visited it. I know some of the staff are doing their best to keep it organised but it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. As for the clothes they have, I’m not sure if this applies only to this one Zara, but besides being ridiculously overpriced, the clothing items I find here are always over the top, not something for everyday outfits.. not my cup of tea but I’m sure others may enjoy their style. In sum, it needs more organisation and staff and also the security guard can be nicer to the customers.

  2. I had an extremely distressing encounter at this store, which happened to be the worst Zara store I’ve ever visited. To keep it brief, I arrived at 8:30 pm to pick up my order, assuming that the store closed at 9 pm. However, to my surprise, the store was already closed. When I approached the security guard to seek an explanation, he ignored me as if I were invisible. To make matters worse, the supposed security manager even physically pushed me. Zara used to be my favorite brand, but after this traumatic incident, that’s no longer the case.
