Went on Sunday to shop, because it said it was open until 18. Well it isn’t, thank you for wasting my time

Like most low price clothing boutiques, the service could be better. But anyway my daughters did buy.

Every time you go and especially when you want to return something, it seems to be a battle between you and some live chatbots. A total refusal that you have a receipt for your returns. Apparently you have accepted that condition when buying the items. I have not seen such rules and it is absolutely unbelievable. And sorry, but to make the staff just repeat the same lines, that is not really worth having physical shops. Then we better speak to robots.

Queues, queues and more queues! You better come with time enough to this store because you will need to wait insane amounts of time. If you need a different size or an item from the warehouse, you will need to wait at least 30 min to get them. Sometimes even though I waited for +30 min, the items were never brought upstairs and I wasted my time standing up there. They do not have self-checkout system but long lines so, in order to pay you will also need to queue for a looooong time. The separated cash for returns is never available making it also hard to get reimbursed since you have to wait the long standard queue. Shopping here is really inconvenient and a waste of your time.

Worst zara store ever. The service is super slow, no customer service at all (need another size from the storage, good luck,as you won’t get any assistance from the staff). Also, the trying cabins are consistently dirty and smelly, last time it was bottles of coke on the floor and sweat smell everywhere

Trendy mega retailer clothes ‘fast fashion’ store for women, men and kids. The product line changes constantly so on each visit you’ll discover new items. Besides clothing, Zara is also well known for it’s discount fragrances line: Zara offers women, men and kids fragrances at nearly unbeatable prices, but the longevity of these fragrances is not the best… however, for a casual cheapie scent these are quite a good buy at these prices. Pleasant spacious interior, you’ll need some time to stroll around. Check out their website to order online and have it delivered here or at home if you’re not into dwelling around in physical stores.

Fast fashion store, worths for day by day needs. Some good quality products but your need to check with detail and care. Staff behaviour still an issue as pointed by several reviewers. Probably lack of training / fits for customer care.

I wanted to try on something 15 minutes before the closing time and the staff told me that I am not allowed to, because it is already closed. They started to mop the floors even though there were people inside. Also, the staff was very rude. Zara should pay more attention in choosing it’s staff. Worst experience that I ever had in a zara store.

Definitely not worth waiting for the fitting rooms. There are too less fitting rooms and the fact we were not allowed to go upstairs and fit in the “men’s” section is absolutely unacceptable and outdated. There should not be a difference of where anyone has to fit clothes. Men, women, anything in-between and outside those terms, it should not matter.

Absolute worst customer service, rude miserable people working here. Don’t bothering shopping at Zara.

  1. The quality of the clothes is amazing, the price a little bit less amazing and the chaos in the shop tops it all. If you can’t handle, don’t shop there. The stars are based on quality. ?

  2. Good and new trending clothing, nice atmosphere.
I recommend them adding an option; adjusting pants that don’t fit the customers and there’re no other sizes available.

  3. This store is clearly going backwards….
Staffing not that friendly. If you ask a question, they almost snap your nose off, ESPECIALLY at the fitting room. Her only language was English and she was just RUDE to all customers. One exception, the manager at duty, she tried to keep track of everything and was very polite.
The self scan area is nothing but dreadful… Most of the time 1 of the 3 is out of order and the other 2… Well you just wish they were out of order… Slow, tickets not coming out the machine, and the machine to remove the labels, well hahahaha what a joke…
Store itself is ok, clean and good variety of clothing.
This store was really good, like 2 years ago, and I waited to write this review after a few visits in 3 months time, but unfortunately nothing changed.
    Sad Zara, really sad.

  4. I moved to Antwerp about a year ago and always come shop at Zara. Some days are not the same and I must say, it’s a beautiful and clean store with a wide variety to choose from. The men’s department is friendlier than…. however us the customers can be the worst.

Every time I’m at the shop I experience at least one or two customers that are rude to stuff and feel some sort of entitlement. People drop clothes on the floor and can see it and just walk away with the attitude (I don’t work here) but why drop it and not pick it up?

Also – customers complaining about stuff not speaking Dutch. Have you ever thought about the fact that Flemish people don’t want to work at Zara? A lot of people that have assisted me at the shop are not Belgian and also Zara is a Spanish company right? Anyways, I think we as customers should also be human and treat people the way we would like to be treated.

  5. Super friendly associates. They helped me with getting my right size and kept it aside for me to check it the next day.
They now have online booking for changing rooms. You just reserve and use it. There is no need to stand in the queue.
