a week agoThis might be the “biggest” Zara in the world, but the more central ones are definitely better. It didn’t even feel that big. Felt like where the other Zara’s send all their junk stock. Don’t make the mistake of coming all this way for ita year agoGreat store, lots of choice. Great prices compared to other countries.But the staff are illogical.
I understand you have a policy for returning undergarments, but if item was purchased literally 1 hour before and unopened, how can you refuse an exchange?
We came to buy for another €150 and the store manager was refusing to exchange an unopened item – just strange thinking and inflexibility.

3 months agoOne of my favorite clothing stores! I bought quality linen shirts at an affordable price. What I like most is that they have great discounts of up to 70%. The employees are very accommodating and ready to help. Excellent Zara!a month agoI will never forget that half an hour. I was supposed to reach the zara store (my friend was waiting). My phone battery was draining because I was using maps. Once I was near one Zara store, I texted him to send me his live location and I saw that he was in a different Zara store. But fortunately it was only 2-3Km away. I quickly checked the map and remembered the directions and that’s it my phone turns off. I had to rely on my memory and walk. Few people helped along the way, many didn’t bother as well. My feet were swollen because of the new shoe and at the same time I was afraid because I was far away from the hostel. I was worried that if I didn’t reach out to him in time, he may think I left for the hostel instead and leave. I walked and I could see the symbols I saw on the map, relying on my memory, I reached somewhere and felt a need to ask someone where the Zara store is. I asked one young fellow, and he pointed out to look upwards, you are already here ?. I have never felt so stupid in life. It was this particular Zara store and on the right side of it, my friend was waiting. Sigh of relief!. Beautiful building, epectacular design, great layout and even better appeal, the most amazing Zara i saw in Madrid. Needless to say that clothes, shoes and accessories were so beautiful ✅??
Nice building however I was a little underwhelmed with the options available in the men’s section in comparison to the store I visited in Barcelona. Cue to dressing room was also very long and off-putting. Wasn’t able to find the singlet/tank top that I was after. Staff member I spoke to was friendly, tried to help and spoke a bit of English.
Amazing selection. Prices were reasonable. The staff were the rudest people on earth. Could care less about the customers and made you feel like the kid no one wanted to hang out with at school. Amazing building too!
Bought a cool t-shirt at an event where staff was very nice. In-store in Madrid, so so. Couldn’t find anything I liked. Stuff at the event wasn’t offered in the big store. Merchandise seemed a bit pricey.
This is the best Zara building and collections that I have ever visited. I was there early in the morning to avoid crowds as its location is on the famous Gran Avia. For the price itself, it is of course cheaper than any locations in Europe. Easy tax free refund system for tourist is also offered at self check-out kiosk.
