2 months agoI usually don’t leave negative comments, but I had a horrible experience with the gray-haired manager and staff at 15:00 on August 26. Incredibly condescending and rude. Thank you for the lecture on my lack of intelligence for not understanding the tax refund rules before stepping in the line. I’m glad it’s in the employee training manual to belittle customers as such, and thank you for the consistency in handling all other issues with everybody else behind and after us with the same energy. Can totally understand why the store at this particular location has such a low rating, and to be honest, I can’t imagine how the rating isn’t even lower. Great job Zara for employing such poor staff2 months agoI was shopping in zara last week and I need to say that I was so impressed with the helpful service. I had trouble hm finding my size and FRANCIS went out of his way to get me my XS white shorts that I absolutely love. He was so kind and attentive, he told me he will look for it and let me know. During that time I was moving around and went to another part of the store, but he found me ! and gave me my white shorts with a bright smile ! This guy needs a raise ! ❤️3 months agoWords experience and didn’t even get in. Security very impolite if you don’t speak French and 30 mins before closing they were not letting people in… Should update their schedule to not mislead people5 months agothey’re so insanely rude to people who don’t speak french. Asked the guy in the male section for help and he said it wasn’t his problem – what!? they are also VERY transphobic! wouldn’t let my friend try on clothes in the male section! called the manager and the manager was extremely rude and awful. All he kept saying was “not possible and refused to care about his customers. rudest french people at this store.5 months agoTHE MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! It was two weeks ago, when I bought a dress and 1 hour later I went back for return it, because I found a better one at H&M, just across the street. I didn’t even try the dress on, because the line was insane and the cashier lady (inflated lips, tanned skin, brown or dark hair) was putting laughs on me!! At first she called me to come to cash register, but she was talking with her colleague so I had to wait a few mins before they stop the conversation. While she was chatting with her, she finally took the dress, laughing and asking her colleague to smell it. Her colleague didn’t want to and threw it back to her like a ball. After that a huge laugh again. It was like a show, I was red out of embarrassment and never want to come back to this store again. They were purely making fun of me I can’t understand how such a big company, can close their eyes on the behaviour of their staff, it’s unacceptable

4 months agoThe lines cannot be any longer with one 1 person on the counter. Had to come back on three separate occasions in order to not lose 45 minutes waiting on the line. Just hire more people. You clearly have the necessary traffic. You are welcome.3 months agoThere was a long queue for return, and the lady supposed to help for returned just left all a sudden amd she decided to help another guy that wasn’t in the queue. After 10 minutes, finally, the blonde hair lady noticed that the queues were too long so she started to help. But when I asked the reason for the long wait, she gave me an attitude and said that this is how our system works then ignored me for my other questions. When I asked another lady, the blonde hair lady just told her to ignore me. How rude is she!3 weeks agoRacist salesperson in the fitting room Extremely poor exp. The salesperson(dark hair tied up in a bun, wearing a white top) shushed my mother, a 68 year old lady who doesn’t speak english or french, like a pigeon on the street. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. When I voiced my complaint, there was no acknowledgment of the behavior and she argued back in an extremely rude way. First time I knew “I don’t speak english” can be paired with loud voice and rude demeanor at your customer (that stare from the salesperson omg). I have never seen such behavior in Zara stores in the US, and it’s extremely disappointing to see such happening in Paris.a month agoRude! They didn’t take a pair of boots back, with the ticket and everything, bought them the week before I was trying to return them. They thought I wore them, there is the normal dirt you get from trying them on in their stores, the pavement in all Zara is so dirty all the time.5 months agoOrdered online, got an estimated date and ordered never arrived..when tracking the package it just says there is an error and the only option is to cancel. Went to this store to look instead. The salesmen do not care at all. Was pointed to their new useless meeting point without a queue system and waited 20 min before going up to ask. The only guy who handled the my order went down (and there was already somebody downstairs). He also asked each customer 3 times to see what they ordered as there is not a system. We were a group waiting for more than 30 min. And in the end, a new girl arrives and say I did not even put in my order yet….after finding it (!), and waiting for 30+min the sales woman tells me the order has been cancelled………Two other dressed were sold out.

This place has the most Horrible service. The workers do not want to work and they complained when you try on clothes and don’t put things back where they belong. I worked in retail and have never done or seen such lazy staff.
Loved this stores in Paris visited a couple of locations. Very nice casual and stylish clothing. The prices are not on over the ceilings and they do have sales. The stores are beautiful well lighted and the selections of clothing are very nice. Finding large sizes is difficult but they do have some. When needing a quick outfit it’s a good place to get a nice stylish one at a good price as they do have many choices weather it be casual or fancy. What I was impressed with is the self checkout, it blew my mind it’s on a wall that seems to be invisible and once you approach it, it lights up and they already have in check out list the be total of what you are holding without even scanning it!
horrible service and not accommodating at all. asked if my elderly grandparent could sit somewhere so she didn’t have to stand and wait on a queue while i was grabbing stuff for me and her. there was a space that was perfectly okay but they said she wasn’t allowed to sit. and when we asked for the handicap fitting room, it was being used as storage. incredibly messed up.
I visited this place while the Barbie movie was on the big screens so they had decorated a part of the shop with Barbie Theme, we loved this part where everything was pink! The shop itself is really huge but the staff are few for such space! We bought some items and the cashiers were all busy when I noticed a hidden corner at the right side of the cashier which was an automating cashier, so we jumped over there and we were saved to stay in such a long queue. A young angry lady was there and did not even say hello! By the way,we bought our items and left this shop which is located not far from The Triumph Arc ,I just wish to see more progress in the employees part in my next visits
If you want help don’t come here ! I needed an exchange of sizes and was met with a brick wall with no reciept. They had the stock and could of exchanged but wouldn’t . Didn’t care that I was traveling from Australia and these items are a gift . Couldn’t be bothered ringing the shop I did purchase from to get receipt faxed , emailed or read to via phone . No .. just dismissed. So the clothes I had just purchased I got refunded as if you don’t want to help a customer , then I won’t help you stay in business. My foot voted and out I walked . Have written an email to customer service also . Oh , and when I refunded my just purchase the girl stopped talking English and only conversed in french !! Rude
