Very unpolite and strange staff.. would like to give minus 5 stars but dont have an option for that. I would definately try not to come here!! Zara either you have to change staff or make them clear about what they should do!! This is the second time this happened with us. They are putting sale stickers on jeans and other things . But when you take it on cash counter they say no its wrong , its not on sale .. but why did u have put stickers ? The main thing is they offer you to give price double that amount. Like i picked jeans which were on sale for €10 .it wasnot alone it has many sizes and all were with stickers .. they make faces as if you bring stickers from homei brought them all 7 other jeans in my hand to show all of them are with stickers for €10 . But she replied very rudely NO !!! IF YOU WANT TO BUY , GIVE €20!!!!. .i mean why????? What they wana do ??? Same happened yesterday then i had to write here.

I ordered from home in order to just pass by and pick my order from the store. When I get to the store, surprise, I have to wait in line with 20 people in front of me, and when my turn arrives, they told me to wait longer. I will never ever order from home to pick it up again. It is a mess over there, a chaos would be a compliment. If you need something, go to their more organised competitors!

I buy every year 2 mantel, best prices on those, and I have it for life because of the good quality.

Very good clothe store! It’s big with both a woman section, a man section and a children section. The prices are very low and you get very good value for the money since the quality of the clothe is good.

This is the worst Zara I have ever been in. It is an absolute zoo. Everything is a mess and it is totally crowded with people rifling through all of the piles. It is total chaos.

It’s a boutique for everyday wardrobe. Quality oscillates from below average to good average wardrobe. For those who want elegance and extra quality, this is not the place for them. Something useful can be found here. Colors are anything possible here. It’s not just trends here. There’s also a retro design. So, welcome to ZARA

A huge mess at the store, there is one cashier and you have to wait 10 minutes to pay. Two employees fold clothes from one hanger – unnecessary paid staff – the other employee could fold clothes somewhere else, since it’s a huge mess in the store. Employees are unprofessional and laugh on visitor’s questions. You can see they are there for money and not for the company. I will not shop there never again, never.

It was very bad experience. Such a poor service. I visited store lots of times and I had to face same problem everytime. On the cash counter I waited around half hour only to pick up my online order and in front of me only one lady was doing some changes with their order but when I asked to give me my order the lady from counter behaved rudely and told ” You have to wait, I can’t do anything”. Also before this visit I hade to wait half hour to pay for my shopping because only one counter was on even though other employees were there and they were watching us and not doing anything.

I could not return a product (a pair of shoes) because the staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful, the main reason was that the product didn’t have damaged . I mention that they were bought the day before, the frustration is BIG! Fortunately, I managed to return them to the Zara store in Salzburg without any comment from the young lady.

How to Shop Smart at ZARA Austria: A Quick Tutorial

Shopping at ZARA can be quite overwhelming with its wide range of trendy and fashionable clothing options. To help you make the most out of your shopping experience at ZARA, here are some simple guidelines:

  • Start by browsing their website or app to get an idea of what you are looking for. This will save you time and make your in-store visit more focused.
  • Check the ZARA store locator to find the nearest store and plan your visit accordingly.
  • When you arrive at the store, take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the layout. ZARA stores are usually well-organized and divided into different sections, such as women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing.
  • Make a mental or physical note of the items you are interested in. ZARA stores can get busy at times, so having a plan will help you navigate through the crowd more efficiently.
  • Try on the items you are unsure about. ZARA offers fitting rooms where you can try on different sizes and styles before making a purchase. This is especially important as their sizing may vary.
  • If you’re shopping for accessories, take advantage of their displays. ZARA often showcases their accessories like bags, shoes, and jewelry on mannequins or styled displays. This can give you ideas on how to style your outfits with those accessories.
  • Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance. ZARA’s staff members are usually knowledgeable about their products and can help you find the right size or style. They can also provide information on any ongoing promotions or discounts.
  • Once you are done shopping, head to the checkout counter to make your payment. ZARA accepts cash and card payments, making it convenient for customers.

Shopping at ZARA can be a fun and exciting experience, especially if you approach it with a plan. Following these guidelines will help you make the most out of your time at the store and ensure a successful shopping trip.

  1. The service is just bad. I needed to pick up an online order, had to wait in a line for a cash desk first. Then I was told to stay somewhere near the cash desk and just wait. I didn’t understood the idea at first, asked the lady at the cash desk, but she only raised her voice and repeated the same: to stay and wait, she will call someone. I didn’t stay long bacause it was evident that no one was called: I saw other Zara employees just passing me back and forth. Another lady approached me occasionally while doing some other work because she apparently saw that I’m entirely lost. I told her the situation, and she was very kind and said that she was sorry for this situation but I’m still shocked, this was not what one expects visiting a store.

  2. Too many people during summer sales. Not enough fitting rooms and the plate number. I was told it’s ok without the plate number because they ran out of it at the moment. Afterwards, the new staff accused me of stealing because I had no plate. She “chose” not to speak English to me and searched my bag, and of course, found nothing. Avoid this branch at all costs.

  3. I visited yesterday. It was 5:30 when I entered. By 6:00 the place closes on Saturday. I was still in the store a few minutes after 6 and so was at least 50 more people. It was buzzing. At exactly 6:03 (I know because I checked because I knew the place was closing soon), my friend who was with me grabbed a t-shirt from a stack to look at, a Zara employee snatched it from her hand and half screamed “we are closed, leave”. I mean, she could politely ask us to stop looking at clothes and come again later or something of the sorts. But she actually snatched from her hand and half screamed. Talk about customer service. I wish I knew her name to report her but I didn’t get her name. She was wearing a face mask and the Zara custom.

  4. I needed to pick up an online order, had to wait in a line for over 25 minutes. The employee told me he can’t find my package and advised to come the next day. No logic! After insisting to double check, he suddenly found the order.

  5. It is the biggest ZARA store in Vienna, with the biggest warehouse.
Unfortunately they don’t have a clear process for items in the warehouse.
There have been several times when I was promised an item from the warehouse, I was waiting for 60 minutes or more to find out that the goods are damaged.
Would have been nice to have this information communicated to me earlier than 60 min of waiting
