a month agoThe store is very well organized and I love the selection, however, unfortunately foreigners are treated poorly and local customers are favored. The level of discrimination is VERY obvious in the blatant rudeness, disgusted attitude, and nasty comments like “I’m not your employee!” If Zara corporate allows such behavior it’s more than enough reason for us to stop shopping there. It’s 2023 and your shop is in the middle of a highly touristic street – learn how to interact with foreigners and speak to all customers with some dignity and respect.3 weeks agoVery nice and busy store located on Main Street in Porto. The experience of waiting in line to try on dresses was disappointing. The staff here seemed to have taken up a new hobby.. chatting and texting away, totally oblivious to the fact that I was even there! I must say, their dedication to ignoring customers was truly impressive. I was left with no option but to say goodbye to the store, as the prospect of trying on anything felt as rare as finding a pearl in an oyster ?
Worst shopping experience ever. Two girls working there on the malefloors were so unfriendly. One was obviously trying to start discussion with us without any reason, for the other one i seemed to be her personal enemy number one. Of course they have to work a lot and some tourists are very difficult. But to show such a aggressive behavior against normal behaving customers is more than unprofessional.
Very rude member of staff. I knocked some thing and apologised in Portuguese. The woman (blonde pony tail) stared at me (Monday 25 September at 4.45) shaking her head. I think it was because I am brown skinned. There was then an accident near the lift – someone fell into a clothing rail and was trapped. Rude and dangerously incompetent staff.
Sincerely i like a zara anywhere in colombo mall or somewhere else but there i find a lot of items in good price so when i want to buy some clothes usually i prefer this one and i recommend the others also .

This Zara is far too small for the high number of customers. Many items not available in your size. Very untidy compared to other Zara’s like the one in Porto.
