a month agoA good store on 34 street in Manhattan, I like to buy wallets and backpacks here, the quality is excellent and the price is low, the staff is very friendly. The Big Security Guard opens the door for you, on the ground floor there is women’s clothing, on the lower level there is men’s clothing and accessories. Here Quietly you can calmly choose things for yourself, the sellers do not pester you with unnecessary questions, because you yourself know better what suits your wardrobe. Sometimes on Fridays/Saturdays at the end of the season you can buy things with a 50-70% discount))), this makes me and my wallet very happy…5 months agoHorrible customer service and ac doesn’t work properly, fitting rooms are dirty and way tooo small. They do have some selections but not the best one The lines are HUGE. They always do not have enough cashiersa week agoIt’s a nice store with great fashion but the fitting room lady is just IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. No going in with my friend to help her decide on clothes (I just don’t understand the logic behind this policy). No charging my phone with my own charger even though the other employee said yes. We felt inspected every time we walked into the fitting room as if we were going in to do crime or something. Although the clothes are great, the experience made us super uncomfortable. We are never shopping here again if the fitting room lady stays the same.2 weeks agoI hate that I have to write this review because Zara is one of my favorite stores but this location specifically is not. Like other reviews mentioned, they are not black people friendly. I was casually shopping as girls like to do, looking through each item for my size, price, quality etc. & I see the security from the corner of my eye basically following me around. It turned me off so bad, that I hurried bought my things and left. I didn’t see security following any white person but it’s cool I won’t be visiting this location anymore and I’m taking this to corporate. Management needs to do better. It’s 2023 why are WE still being targeted when all races steal.9 months agoAlways a fan of Zara! Great affordable trending items to fit people’s unique styles. Excellent perfume selection. The store is busy but staff are always available to help!

5 months agoI stop by this location sometimes when I come to Soho to check if there are some sale and new style. Good thing about still having actual store is you can check the quality and try cloth if it is really fit and looking good on you without waiting time to arrive from shipping and returning. Do not mention about service because less staff working and of course, not enough services.11 months agoLove this Zara store like every other Zara. The selections are vast and the prices are reasonable especially for the quality of items. The perfumes are great and last long. I wish there was more jewelry options to explore. There were so much variety in shirts and dresses- I never get good clothes in Arizona or Utah zara stores 😉 They had huge queues though.a year agoThe most organized, well stocked, efficient, and friendly Zara’s I’ve ever shopped at. It wasn’t crowded and wait times weren’t long. However, I did visit during a weekday morning. Would absolutely return.

Employees were extremely helpful and they had a lot of different items! Bigger sizes were definitely hard to cone by, but the employees dropped what they were doing to lend me a helping hand!
