a year agoZara shop is one of the most polite shop I have seen. Customer’s are sometimes crazy and miss use the cloths but they still keep a positive vibes. Nice place to shop. ?Strongly recommended.3 months agoWhy is the white bald man still working at this store?? Incredible bad service. Extremely rude. Not only me but other people had problems with him and now after several months I’m back again and he is still there? Unbelievable!!! I would rate it with 0 starts if that would be possible5 months agoI went in the store today with a friend looking for an item and when we couldn’t find it ourselves, we asked an employee. We asked her if they had the item then she said “no in black” with an attitude then started walking away then we told her the black is fine and after that it seemed like her attitude got worse. I was only being respectful and that’s what I thought I would get back but I guess not in Zara with that assistant.2 months agoThis business is really terrible, they don’t respect their customers. The customer service is disaster. I’ve bought stuff from Zara per invoice then I have sent the stuff back and the Ratepay sent me invoice three times. I told them I sent the stuff back. They didn’t answer me for three months but they sent me “Mahnung”. There is no phone number to call, there is just one … Chat or WhatsApp and no one is there to help you they just say … all the time like robot. The Ratepay told me it is not related to then but I must tell Zara to tell them that I have sent the stuff back. I told Zara and then they told me that we didn’t receive all the stuff. Ok, it is none of my business that what’s happening in your branches, the most important thing is that I have sent the stuff back but someone didn’t do his or her duty correctly here and I have stress for the three months. Zara is Terrible it is disaster. Customer means nothing for them.5 months agoNice spacious store but an impossible attitude from the staff. I went to return my online purchase (because Zara online shop is the most e-com unfriendly one and doesn’t offer a return label inside ?♂️) and the service staff acted like i committed a crime by returning articles. Definitely not ordering again from zara.com and not coming back to this offline store to buy anything offline

3 months agoI love going to Zara as they always have something new, trendy and great fashion. However, the queue for the Changing rooms and the till to pay is absolutely horrendous. There’s never enough workers on the till and you could be waiting for ages in the queue just to pay. It’s very annoying5 months agoZara here like every other Zara outlet consistently delivers the best quality clothing, shoes, belts, handbags, perfumes, etc. Excellent customer service. Process of shopping here from selection to payment is seamless. And the price here is pocket friendly. Did I notice the prices of items here are more affordable in Hannover more than in Berlin?2 years agoI bought Zara beauty wardrobe on line, it’s an advance calendar. The biggest item has defact, without spray pipe. I tried contract Zara custome service through WhatsApp, online chat, telephone, so far all no solution, the whole service just so disappointed.5 months agoSlow cashiers. Most prefer to sit idle rather than opening a new billing counter.a year agoTheir Offer prices are really Beautiful. Sometimes they sell clothes with special discount just 10€ ! Unbelievable. Just find them with red stickers.It’s very pretty. Well I have a good memory from this shop because people who work there are very friendly. Well they work as a family . What can be more beautiful than colleagues see each other as a Team and Family .

The shop is big and nice but my wife had a very bad expirince with cashier as he was showing bad behavoir to customer, usually big shops have way better customer service.
If I could put minus or 0 star I would. This store has the worst customer service. I have a terrible experience here. Came 03/20 to purchase somethings, the self checkout kiosk didn’t work so I asked the nearby sale associate but she didn’t bother to care about customer service like she hates her job and don’t even want to be there working. Just told me to go to another one because that machine was broken. I specifically asked several times that I didn’t get charged for that transaction because it went thru but no receipt came out. She said no, confidently and seemed to be annoyed because I asked repeatedly for proof. I went to another self checkout kiosk and found the pants had stain on them so I decided to get the blouse only. Went home and found 2 transactions were posted on my account and when I tried to dispute the merchant Zara refused saying I was in the store and the purchased was made in person. Of course I was there in person but I didn’t get the merchandises. If you have your records correctly you will see the same blouse was rung up twice and why would I paid twice for the same item within 5 minutes. It has been months since I was going back and forth regarding this issues. The amount is not that big to worth my time and effort but this is wrong and I won’t let them get away with this. This merchant is a theft. DO NOT COME HERE!! Zara you better do something about this because I will not let it slide.
worst Zara ever!! I tried to ask several times for an item and because I don’t speak German, they refused to attend me. Also, I was buying at the ground floor, at the kids section and they screamed at me when I tried to get into the fitting room. I can understand the fact that, as an adult, I should try the clothes upstairs; BUT you can say it in a nice way and also not 500 metres away from me. When I approached the woman, I told her and she was ignoring me. I’ve never been treated this way before at any Zara store.
Very disappointed, waited 45 minutes in queue to pay for our clothes. There was a single cashier with over 30 people waiting, and they refused to call a second one to make things faster, ignoring us when we asked.
Only one cashier was open a there was a huge line. They did not bother with opening another one. Waited 45 minutes to pay for 1 item. Bad managing skills.
