A vacum of the shop would not go waste. As the shop needs a good vacum. Also the lift floor needs a good wash. . The staff I met & help me were very helpful & friendly. ..

Busy but no staff on. The queues at the tills were huge and slow moving. The stupidity of this is that the shop is not making as much money as it can because lots of people left rather than wait. I didn’t buy anything because I was waiting for someone that was at the till but that person was fuming after he was finished waiting to be served. Sampled some free tester scents while I was waiting, I would not shop here under these circumstances.

unorganised, incredibly slow on the tills, messy behind the tills – not cleaned the day before by the turn down in the store and staff had very bad attitudes when speaking to each other over customers while with them.

Awful experience. It was impossible to find anything. 70% of the clothes are lying on the floor or hung where they don’t belong. Have been in so many Zara stores around the globe and this one is by far the worst, only comparable to cheap low-quality clothes shops. Also, the temperature in that place is unbearable, it was impossible to try out anything relaxed in the fitting rooms, they must have the heating on, and over 28-30°. WE WERE SWEATING by only standing. This place definitely needs a change in the management. Nothing there is simply acceptable.

Very poorly designed store; especially mens section. It’s very hard to find what you’re looking for. I am never able to find most of the items that are available in the online store when I go there, even with the help of the staff sometimes. Also the fitting rooms are always dirty.

Went into the store specifically for something clearly stated to be in stock online. Asked a few members of staff for help was unable to get any. The general vibe was I don’t care and look yourself. Disappointing service

Easily had £200 worth of clothes to try on but fitting rooms shut more than half an hour before the shop closed so I couldn’t try on. Zara sizing is always inconsistent so I couldn’t just buy with confidence. Very annoying.

Lots of items, for all ages ranges. A busy spot being in the City. Staff are friendly and efficient. One start down for the heat is way to warm for clothe shopping & trying things on.

I’m trying to get in touch with someone, anyone in Zara to buy a certain dress as replacement for a previous dress that I damaged. I can’t get in touch through email, phone or any customer service, could anyone out there give me some advice?

How to Shop Smart at ZARA Ireland: A Quick Tutorial

Shopping at ZARA can be an exciting and rewarding experience. To ensure you get the most out of your shopping trip, here are some simple guidelines to follow:

  • Know your size: ZARA’s sizing can be slightly different from other stores, so it’s important to know your measurements. Check their size chart online or try on a few different sizes in-store to find your perfect fit.
  • Shop during off-peak hours: ZARA stores can get quite crowded, especially on weekends. To avoid the crowds and have a more relaxed shopping experience, try going during the weekdays or early mornings.
  • Set a budget: ZARA offers a wide range of products at different price points. Before you start shopping, decide on a budget to avoid overspending and make sure to stick to it.
  • Check the fabric composition: ZARA sells a variety of clothes made from different fabrics. Pay attention to the fabric composition listed on the tag to ensure the item meets your preferences in terms of comfort and care instructions.
  • Try everything on: ZARA’s sizing can be inconsistent, so it’s always a good idea to try on the clothes before purchasing. This way, you can check for any fitting or sizing issues and make sure the item looks as expected.
  • Inspect the quality: ZARA is known for its trendy and fashionable pieces, but it’s important to also consider the quality. Take a close look at the stitching, buttons, and overall construction of the garment to ensure it is well-made and will last.
  • Keep the return policy in mind: ZARA has a fairly generous return policy, but it’s still important to familiarize yourself with it. Make sure to keep your receipt and any tags intact in case you need to make a return or exchange.

Following these guidelines will help make your ZARA shopping experience more enjoyable and ensure you make the best choices for your personal style and budget.

  1. As a customer , why am I doing the employees job of checking out and removing security tags at the checkout??? The short brunette women in kids section working there refused to help me. will never go to another Zara again. Customer service is so important these days when online shopping is so much more convenient

  2. Great store, one of my favourite.
Although this branch is the biggest i have been i rather go to smaller one with less people, this one is always full, verry hard to try on the clothes and it always take long time to pay or exchange.

I recommend that you go check the tills on baby section and male section they are normally empty but people only queue on first floor.

  3. I didn’t witness any of the problems other recently have commented on, but the self checkout process is a bit frustrating. That said I saw this self checkout scenario in other stores throughout Europe so Zara is not the only place. If you are from the USA, while similar, Zara has different styles in Europe and their sizes are different as well so I recommend trying things on.

  4. Horrible experience at Zara Henry street. Staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly. I also worked in retail and can also understand the pressure of having everything in order, but never would I have disregarded the needs of a customer. I was having a look on the ZARA app and was looking for an item that was in store but only in the stockroom, so I went for assistance. I asked one of the team members if they could assist me and locate the item but he said “No I am busy” so I went to find someone else, only one other member on the floor who just walked past me when I looked for help. Being a frequent customer, I found this incredibly rude and I was highly disappointed that I had to leave without the item I came in for. Horrible experience, train your staff with etiquette.

  5. I am no longer a customer they are really bad i had an incident with my order they didn’t refund me neither collect my parcel from the store because my parcel back to them with wrong delivery after a whole month of talking to customer service and their manager same freaking thing I can’t collect it from the store and they don’t want to send it back and no refund because my parcel back to them eventually… I paid €52 for nothing.. they should refund me because the have my jeans anyway.
