I just love Marks and Spencer. The standard has never changed. The store is very organised well stocks clean and tidy. A lovely café with a good variety of sandwiches, cakes, and hot food. Food’s situated on the ground floor, the quality of the food products what can I say. You pay for what you get. I think it’s worth it. Staff are always willing to help and go to the extra mile. Toilet Located on the 3rd and the ground floor.

Terrible quality items as seen in the picture of their ‘premium’ socks already falling apart while on the hook. Extremely moody staff member. A shame this shop wasn’t actually bulldozed!

Well laid out store. Plenty of choice for women’s, men’s and children’s clothing. Excellent food hall and a busy economical cafe. Limited popular furniture displayed. Everything under one roof with good quality items.

I am severely disabled, including having a severe invisible disability, and I am more dissatisfied than satisfied about my experience of being in M&S at 458 Oxford Street: I am non-binary and, in the M&S Cafe, on two separate occasions, different M&S cashiers failed to be socially inclusive due to misgendering me because both of them called sir; I did politely tell both of them that they had misgendered me, but, whilst I was quite satisfied with one of the cashier’s response to me, the other cashier’s response to me offended me a little. Additionally, in an M&S toilet and in Menswear, two different men were rude to. But, on the plus side, in the M&S Cafe, I did not have to queue a long time to pay for my refreshments and I liked my refreshments, I like the store’s opening hours and I discovered a product that I will probably purchase from M&S online.

Nice free toilets on the third floor and the whole shop is well stocked, pleasant and offers a really nice shopping environment all round. Good for tourists wanting to experience a British Department Store.

Branded clothes, and accessories under one roof. Good for womens clothing, and stylish fashion wears with latest trends and unique designs. The quality of the fabric is good too. My wife loved this brand and shopped a lot for her, typically the tops, tees, purses and tights.

Range starts from €30-50 which is decent as per the quality.

Good food and affordable prices, came here for breakfast on Saturday morning and it was quick service and easy to get here. Good food stop if you’re coming to Westfield for shopping.

This review is specifically in regard to the location, signage and labelling of gluten free bread in the Food Hall. I wandered around the bread area looking for the gluten free bread until I was ready to tear my hair out. I had to ask two different staff members for help. Eventually one came and showed me exactly where it was. I would never have found it otherwise. I find the dark label “Made Without” meaningless and unhelpful. There are no signs whatsoever on the small shelf area indicating that gluten free products can be found there. PLEASE DO BETTER WITH SIGNAGE OF THIS AREA.

  1. After having such a bad customer’s service experience from the NEXT store, Oxford Street. I wrnt over to this M&S store to look for trousers, etc. I spent the same hours. One hour in M&S. Spent over £200. Spent another £100 upstairs-Men’s department & have afternoon tea at M&S cafe. What a great change of atmosphere. I must admit M&S does always uphold their customer service so well. Never fail customer’s expectations. And thanks so much to the cashier, Yvonne on G. Floor. She really makes my day. Especially after having such a bad experience of customer service from the NEXT store. I will definitely recommend anyone to shop at M&S. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  2. Best for summer fruits, flowers and dessert. I always prefer M&S for fruit even though it can sometimes be a little dearer.

There’s a back entrance on Great Malborough Street if you want to avoid the crowds on Oxford Street. This M&S is handy for grabbing some groceries after a shopping day in town.

It’s a bright and spacious supermarket in the basement, which has always been well stocked whenever I have gone there. A decent range.

I’ve never really seen any bargains or much reduced items. Central London stores tend to have less, perhaps because they do get a lot of customers.

  3. M&S has always been one of my favourites for snacks, fruits or drinks and this branch on Oxford Street is surprisingly very spacious and many choices of groceries on sale. Came in to get a drink and was pleasantly surprised. On top of this well orgainsed supermarket , there is also a M&S cafe up on the 1st floor with comfortable seatings and serving quality affordable Afternoon Tea Set.

  4. As always yes my beloved M And S never fails to find something that fits me. I’m tall and so clothes are harder to find. The regular, short and tall options are always available. I love Marks
