The security guy was so rude! I am tourist, I don’t speak Italian and it was my first day here in Milano, I was trying to go into the shop and he just turned the door handle on my nose in a very rude way! I didn’t even know what was written on it, later I realized that was the way out. However, this gesture was very rude and sincerely changed my mood. I wasn’t the only one coming in that door, so if by any chance you pay attention to your customers and this message will go to that person, I have a message for him! I understand that is hard to be there with a lot of tourists around, but you can leave the job if you can’t handle your nerves and temper!

The cashiers were very unfriendly. I went to exchange an item and all I had was the global blue tax receipt because THEIR EMPLOYEE forgot to give me the actual receipt along with my tax return receipt, and they didn’t even try to understand what the issue was. They gave me attitude and just said nothing could be done – even though my tax return receipt clearly states the items I had bought. They shouldn’t be rude to non-residents like that.

I was made to wait almost 40 minutes for an item they didn’t have in stock. No one walking next to me informed me about it, only when I asked how longer I had to wait (first I was told from 5 to 10 minutes), I was told there was no item. Unprofessional service

Well damn. Huge place, can get VERY crowded. So IF you can get to the dressing rooms all is good, a lot of variety! But truth be told it is pretty challenging if you work normal hours

If you are planning to shop with your woman and have a look does anything fit her or not that’s not a place for it. At this Zara shop is prohibited for men to wait even in front of fitting room. The only place available for waiting is shopping area. The guy on photo is at the not allowed area for waiting. P.S. If you dont know how to make simple shopping complicated ask Italian Zara.

The fitting rooms are fantastic, spacious with sufficient hangers and great lighting. Both employees I interacted with (a fitting room employee, and a cashier) were very polite.

So I went to the women’s Buenos Aires store in the bambino section to pick up a package (which contained an item for me and one for my wife). I obviously wanted to try what I bought online so I went towards the trial room and they said I can’t change there. Why the hell have they kept the ritiro online in the women’s store at the bambino section for men’s product if we can’t try our clothes there? Do they expect me to take my product, go to the men’s store and then try it out there? That doesn’t make sense. Or else they ask me to pick it up there directly. Moreover, the two Italian assistants told me that I can go and change in the bambino section which is worse in my thinking. Also not coherent. I think the store assistants need a better grip on their rules and need to take decisions that seem logical for a situation like this. Or Zara needs to ask men to pick up stuff in the men’s store and women stuff at the women’s store.

In short: When I went to the store in the evening to buy a raincoat, I was searched, shop workers intimidated me with the police, without apology for the mistake.

I bought a raincoat, the sensor beeped at the exit, the guard stopped me and asked me to “tell me if you stole something”, after which I showed that I had nothing, several times I went through the gate only in jeans and a hoodie, continuing to squeak. After a while, a woman came out and, without introducing herself, took me to the toilet, where I showed her body parts to prove that I did not steal anything. It was obvious that I had nothing. I said that I found this humiliating and asked if they had any compensation or at least an apology for such cases. To which the administrator replied that she should call the police and that I should be completely undressed, but she would not do this, as if to make concessions to me. We went back to the exit and I squeaked again and continued to squeak. I didn’t hear any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. The security guard was polite, but the woman, who was probably the receptionist or something, instead of apologizing, kept threatening me with the police.

    Terrible experience, disrespectful to customers.

We never figured out why the exit sensors were beeping at me.

How to Shop Smart at ZARA Italy: A Quick Tutorial

Shopping at Zara can be a great experience, but with the vast range of options available, it’s helpful to have a plan before you start. Follow these simple guidelines to make the most out of your shopping trip to Zara.

1. Plan Ahead: Before you visit the store, take some time to browse Zara’s website or app. This will give you an idea of what items are currently in stock and what styles you might be interested in.

2. Set a Budget: Zara offers a wide range of prices, so it’s important to set a budget beforehand to avoid overspending. This will help you prioritize your purchases and prevent impulse buys.

3. Know Your Size: Zara sizes can vary, so it’s helpful to know your measurements before you shop. Check Zara’s size guide online or try on a few items in-store to determine your Zara size.

4. Check for Quality: Zara is known for its fast fashion, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice quality. Inspect garments for loose threads, missing buttons, or any other signs of poor craftsmanship before making a purchase.

5. Try Everything On: Zara stores can be busy, but it’s worth taking the time to try on any items you’re interested in. This will help you determine if the fit and style are right for you.

6. Mix and Match: Zara offers a wide range of styles, so don’t be afraid to mix and match different pieces. Try combining separates to create new and unique outfits.

7. Consider the Return Policy: Before you buy, familiarize yourself with Zara’s return policy. Keep in mind that certain items may be nonrefundable, such as underwear or swimwear.

  • Plan ahead by browsing Zara’s website or app before you visit the store
  • Set a budget to avoid overspending
  • Know your size and check Zara’s size guide
  • Inspect garments for quality before purchasing
  • Try everything on to ensure the fit and style are right for you

  1. Zara is a clothing, accesory and some beauty products store. Is located in centre of Rome, so if you want to make a litlle stop to go shopping this is for you. There are a lot of floors with different clothes. The sizes are pretty inclusive and avalible, if you dont find something in your size you can ask the stuff if they have it. The clothes are for adults and kids. You have to know that probably youll wait a lot for the changing roooms, especially in some hours. The stuff is mosly young and normal. Also there are multiple cash registers. The aura is young and cool, there are familyes, teens, adults and elders choosing theyre new clothes and accesories.

  2. I recently visited ZARA and was blown away by the vast selection they offer. The store is huge, making it a paradise for fashion enthusiasts like me. The variety of clothing and accessories they have is simply amazing, and I found myself spoilt for choice.

Not only does ZARA excel in selection, but their prices are also incredibly reasonable. For the quality and style they offer, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability. It’s a great place to shop for trendy pieces without breaking the bank.

However, it’s worth noting that the store can get quite busy, especially during peak hours. But if you can handle the crowds, you’ll be rewarded with fantastic finds and excellent deals.

My overall experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend ZARA to anyone in search of a diverse selection of fashion items at wallet-friendly prices. I rate it 5 stars based on the extensive selection and budget-friendly options. Keep in mind that the service might not be top-tier, but it’s a trade-off I’m more than willing to make for the amazing shopping experience.

  3. Really weird that the fitting room upstairs for women only is run by a man. So a husband cannot help his wife but this dude can walk back and forth inside there while women change. Not cool.

  4. Zara is Zara everywhere but this has several floors. This particular trip, I didn’t find anything that caught my eye despite the broader options than other stores. Location is great though. Right on via del corso and close to several other stores and Trevi fountain
