2 months agoIt is a shame that it is the only store in the city. Because the service on this one is extremely slow. The cashier is very slow and one has to wait a lot in queue. The online pickup is ever more pathetic. Staff doesn’t even show up at counter for a long time and you see staff members coming and going to the store at back but none of them stops for service.4 months agoCashiers are so slow…at the weekend and sale time they have to think customer happiness. I shoped but in waited for so much que. The store was too crouded.The employees aren’t helpfull. Sorry. Never experienced such bad service before, hope the staff works on their attitude and customer service. They were very rude to my family, and it was long que’s for the fitting rooms. For a smoother experience, rise with the sun and be first in line to avoid the fuss and fashion frenzy.3 months agoThe sales representatives at the Zara(mall of Scandinavia) don’t know how to behave with customers. They let their personal anger or irritation affect their interactions with customers. Today, I had a terrible experience at the shop in Mall of Scandinavia. I liked a t-shirt and went to the changing room at 20:55, still 5 minutes before the shop was supposed to close. I went to changing room in front of one of the sales representatives, but she didn’t say anything. However, another hot-headed guy came and lashed out at me, rudely stating that the store is closing. I am a loyal Zara customer and frequently purchase from them. But people like this guy are tarnishing the brand’s reputation and driving customers away. The Zara management at Mall of Scandinavia should take note of such incidents and hire the right people for the job.4 months agoThey had a price on a tag with a discount and then on a cash register I noticed the old price, without discount. At the end they refused to give me that discount and the manager was aggressive. It is a big Zara store three floors, if you want to buy clothes for men or women for everyday use, office clothes; evening clothes, children’s clothing you will find it here and at a good price. If you visit Zara at the weekend you will find the store a bit messy and it is because of a lot of people. If you want to shop nice and quiet then you should go on a week day before 15:00 then you will have a better chopping experience and the store in a much better order.
There is lady working in the fitting room and she really shouldn’t work with people. As you know some things in Zara are on the hangers and some are not. I took a few things without a hanger and when I was giving them back this mental person was actually screaming at me to put them on hangers. When I said that they were without hangers she didn’t believe me. Disgusting behavior, zero understanding of what is customer service. Check your stuff mental health before hiring them
Clothing store, very nice Collection Available there, If you have membership then sometimes you can get a good deal. No free parking available there.
Otrevlig löjlig personal. Imbarrasing. Very rude staf, only contact I got was a woman screaming at me that I could not try clothes next to my daughter, I had to go to womansdepartment. This you can say in a much nicer way. I know, since I worked in retail for many years.
