    The store is clean and tidy and there are staff who actively offer help which is nice. The clothes are good quality but the prices have increased over the years.

    The new self-service checkouts are intelligent (no scanning barcodes!) but they are located by the fitting rooms which isn’t ideal.

    Overall, a nice experience and not too crowded on a Sunday at noon.

    Nicely designed store but customer service is very poor. 20 people waiting at the till with only 2 people working !! Waiting time is 30 min at least to be served

    Very pleased to see Zara is updating and upgrading its service by automating thins at the check out with new self check out machines. And something that amazed me is the new fitting room systems which is very efficient; you just put all the items you are going to try on in front of a scanner and it tells you how many items you have and which fitting room you have to go amazing!. The shop was very neat, clean and well organised. I always thought it was a small shop but actually is the basement, ground 1st. And 2nd floor, The customer service is very good, better than in other Zaras. As the self check out is a relatively new service is a little bit tricky at first because you need to open the Zara app to have a receipt and if you don’t have it is going to be a bit tricky, but I’m quite sure that the more you practise the quicker will be to buy something in Zara, I was thrill with this technology, give it a try! ?

    Located on the cool streets of Oxford in London, there’s a Zara store I adore. One particular shoe stood out as a gem—super comfy, trendy, and worth every penny at just INR 3,000. ZARAs, a Spanish chain, has multiple shops on Oxford Street. They offer unique and affordable trendy clothes. i couldn’t resist and went back several times, grabbing a bunch of cool t-shirts. Don’t miss out on this fashion haven!

    Normally I don’t rate retail stores but this Zara was everything. 3 levels, very clean and organized. Great area with lots of places to eat around as well

    I was deeply disappointed with the customer service I experienced. The information regarding refunds, as well as card and cash payments, was inadequately displayed, making it difficult for patrons to easily access and understand. Additionally, I couldn’t help but notice a clear bias from the staff at the counter, which greatly affected the overall service quality, with preferential treatment being given based on unclear criteria. My time was unnecessarily wasted, and I observed numerous other customers visibly frustrated and annoyed. The management should address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for all patrons.

    A really nice store situation in Westfield Shopping Centre Stratford. It is big, airy and light. Always seem to have really good lines of clothing in for every season. Already showing some nice pieces for Autumn. Changing rooms were clean. Staff were hard working and friendly.

    Very disappointed with the service I just received. Was told by a blonde lady working in the store that an item was in stock and to wait 15 minutes for them to retrieve from stock room. Waited 45 minutes and then asked a different colleague where the item is, and was told it’s out of stock and has been rejected on their system. So I wasted 45 minutes for nothing. Customer service is really bad in here, no one actually wants to help you. The only one who was willing to help was a young brown lady with braids, besides her it didn’t seem like anyone wanted to be of much assistance. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

    They have nice items but why is it that when it’s busy and a long queue of people, that the staff behind the till feel the need to chat with their colleagues and ignore the efficiency to which with they should be providing customer service. It’s a bit rude. Just asking to show a sense of urgency that’s all. The scanning, the folding, the taking off the tag, it’s like someone pressed the slow motion button.

    Painfully slow. Manager had to come till to give cash refund took her ages it created a line behind me. Cashier wasn’t able to serve anyone else customers looking at me angrily. Was uncomfortable. Always the case in Zara I’m adamant staff have to be slow 0 sense of urgency it’s quite annoying

  1. I just left Zara and the cashier was very rude and unhelpful!

    I have asked for the e receipt and he answered to me that now it is too late because he scanned the items. I have asked him again, politely that I would like still to get a receipt on my app and he just said no you will have the paper one!

    . Quite shocking behaviour from someone who works at the till and this is nothing special to ask for.
    I believe that the ID on the receipt is 96207.
    Love the clothes but wont be shopping in this store again .

  2. Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

    I had a truly horrible experience at this store and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I visited the Bond Street store and approached one of the team members to inquire about a specific item’s stock. To my surprise, she outright refused to search for the item and suggested I go to the Oxford Street store instead. This was an inconvenience, but I decided to give it a shot and headed to the Oxford Street store.

    To my dismay, when I arrived there, I received the same response as before. The staff at the Oxford Street store directed me back to the Bond Street store. I was left feeling frustrated and speechless, as it seemed like the staff had no intention of helping me locate the item I was looking for.

    The item number in question is 2298/143, and it’s disheartening to experience such lackluster customer service. It feels like the staff intentionally obstructed my efforts to find the item, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expected better assistance and support.

    I hope this review serves as a feedback for the store management to address their customer service issues. It’s essential to prioritize the needs and satisfaction of customers to maintain a positive reputation.

    Staff unfriendly and uninterested.
    Fitting rooms overcrowded or can’t be used due to weird policies even when empty.
    Staff wasn’t customer to hang an reposition each single piece after try on and demands this in a very unfriendly way.
    Don’t visit. Better shops around.

  4. I visited the store today and was really wanting a pair of shoes that were low on stock. The assistant Yehye was so kind and patient and managed to find me a pair after much searching! So grateful and absolutely wonderful service.
