The adult clothes are my all time favorite.5 months agoHugely famous brand as most of them are aware of, loved the way place is organised.Parking is abundant in the street beside, as assigned parking slots are too hard to be found unoccupied.

Only one cashier on each floor, what a joke.4 months agoGood experience the people where nice but I gave 4 starts because some products are available on the website aren’t there in real life6 months agoGreat clothing brand but this branch needs an overhaul. The staff are unfriendly and the area behind the cashier where they ‘throw’ returned items is a mess ! Also only one staff handles reruns and the other handles cashier, leading to a minimum of 20 mins wait at times. Please fix this, to re rain your customers

2 years agoI had a great experience shopping . They follow the rules of regulations for the Saudi ministry of health to fight against COVID-19. Customer service is excellent and the employees are very warm welcoming.8 months agoThere is a sales lady and a saleswoman in the ladies section were so rude . They lowered the gate without informing the customers about the closing time and I asked them to open it for me because I cannot bend me back they said we cannot and the key is not with us !!!! After waiting for a while they said you can go out from the men section3 years agoZara the world’s largest apparel retailer, specializes in fast fashion, and products include clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, beauty, and perfumes. Located along king fahad branch road just opposite to Al Faisaliah tower, its consist of three sections, one for is Zara home, the 2nd for ladies, the last one for men, we visited the ladies section today at around 5:30 pm it’s well cleaned and organized store, well stocked, very accommodating staff specially mr. Cosmopolitan in every manner of it’s fashion yet demanding coz of the heavy demand put upon them by the overall from all angles so to speak. Major in this part of the region but all in all not my cup of tea so to say. Regarding and honorable to the core in all dutiful ways mashaAllah.
The girls staff were so mean & unprofessional as for the men department they were all supportive and nice.
The variety they have in their apparel collection is excellent. And the marketing plan is excellent. and are committed to quality.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Zara recently. The wait time to pay was incredibly long, with only one cashier available. I ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes, which was frustrating and inconvenient. If the items I was purchasing were not for my daughter, I would have considered leaving and going home. To add to the frustration, I have a back problem (herniated disc) which made the long wait even more uncomfortable and painful.
Furthermore, when I inquired about alternatives to waiting in the long queue downstairs, I was directed to go upstairs. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened as the cashier for men’s items was closed, leading to an even longer queue. This entire experience left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied.
As a result, I have decided that I will not be returning to Zara in the future. The poor customer service and lack of consideration for customers’ time and comfort have left a lasting negative impression. I hope that Zara takes note of these issues and works towards improving their service.
