10 months agoMany sizes and variety to choose from, i saw as maximum XL size on some clothes, great staff, only criticism will be when you have to pay it.. get ready to wait in line as much or more time than when you choose your clothes . Especially for a random summer Wednesday afternoon.10 months agoWe made a purchase at web site and waiting already 2 weeks for delivery. But the main reason of this complaint that we trying to reach zara company already 4 times to get information about delivery. They doesn’t have a telephone number or official mail, only not very easy to reach chat on their web page. Every time we speak with operator – hear only write to us in 3 days, no callings beck, no apologies and returns of money. We already asked for return of our money, but receive answer that they can’t do it while currier didn’t cancel delivery. This is ridiculous situation, first time in history of our online purchases and last one with zara, ofcourse. Our purchase number 53060575888 from 04.12.2022a year agoWon’t talk about the products since it’s a zara store and they all have the same.The building is gorgeous, however I always encounter the same issues.
1. There is a seperate store for women in the centre as well as in this store. So for the male department there is one and a half floor. I believe it’s time to expand the department and offer more options for men as well.
2. Because of the problem mentioned in 1 the place is always crowned, it’s difficult to move around and the waiting time in the changing rooms is a lot.
3. I can’t imagine a time when k visited the store and the elevator was working / available

2 months agoNot really the delightful shopping experience you would expect. The collection lacks color and some made in China items are overpriced and low-quality. Other than that, the staff is friendly and super helpful. They speak English and German too.5 months agoIt is a relatively large store, so it’s usually a safe bet that you will find something nice. All the times I have visited, the staff was polite. However it might be a little tricky to navigate for people in a wheelchair or with a mobility aid, as this is an old (renovated) building, and the layout is tricky. There is an elevator though.a month agoSurprisingly the smaller one in Chania carries better lines2 months agoUnfriendly employees at the kids department. The fitting rooms in the men department were very crowed so the employees from the mens department send us to the fitting room at the kids department. There the woman with curly hair (unfortunately they don’t wear a name sign) was shouting to us, that we need to leave the kids department asap. I wanted to buy some clothes, but afterwards I decided not to buy anything at this really unfriendly store. The lady at the counter (cashier) told me that if I want a replacement, I need to pay again for the perfume. What a mean thing to do! The staff has no manners – Zara needs teach them proper customer service etiquette. if you read the other reviews basically they all have similar complaint about their customer service.

This place has only one row of tills in the entire of 4 floors! The queue is vast and there are only 3 cashier points. I had to wait for a long time to return something amongst a large snaking line which started from the entrance of the store. It’s senseless to do this even on a Sunday where it’s only easier if they open up paying tills in the individual floors. Waste of time and I am never returning back to this one.
Great bargain options during sale. Quite chaotic. 4 floors, very big Zara. Cash desk and changing room on every floor.

If you’re looking for a great place to shop in Athens. The centre in Greece has two stores. You will find quality clothes at affordable prices any purchase over $50.00 request a tax receipt. You can apply for your tax refund at the airport through VAT.
Very unfriendly, all the stuff is mixed together, I tried to exchange something because it was hanging out the same hook, but not the same, and but they didn’t want to so I held off on buying the rest. There’s always a 20 minute line, slow cashiers and nobody operating the second pay terminal
Review for Men’s Clothes: This ZARA is as it should be, for me. Not too big, not too small, the clothes’ selection matches my taste, ie smart casual style. It’s very tidy, despite the crowd.
