  I really like this place because the staff was really gentle with me. They were really patient and kind. They did a great job in a few minutes. If you are looking for an excellent and quick service this is the right place. It was a nice experience and I’ll keep taking my car there for a regular oil change and car wash.

  I feel like I see the same guy there all the time.at the oil change part. So I wonder if he’s a manager or something. He is such a nice guy and totally not pushy about services. He switches seamlessly between Spanish in English, his team works awesomely together. I have seen him coach his employees to do something and this guy is patient with them, So i guess I like the people skills too. 🙂

  Family has been a patron of this business for close to 20 years. Went today, brought my own oil and filter but they wouldn’t credit that on my bill. A little frustrated, and the friendly manager that usually works there was not there. Been there many times before, and they always deduct a few dollars from the bill for bringing my own oil and filter.

  55 for just labor and disposal to change the oil seems expensive, but I guess everything is expensive these days. At least I’m sure they did a good job.

  You do have to wait but the wait is not very long at all. Also the staff were polite and extremely helpful. I do not know much about cars and they explained every step as they serviced my car. Will definitely be back for my next oil change!

  I’ve been coming here to get my oil changed since I first got my license back in 2013. Doesn’t matter where I live I’ll always take the extra trip here. They do an amazing job and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Obviously a huge bonus that you can relax in your car while you get it done! Can’t recommend these guys enough.

  They charge you 8.8% as tax where as tax in NJ is 6.625%. The lady in the counter shouts at you when you ask her to do the right thing. They don’t allow you to use the card that you have paid in advance for. The guy who used to manage the place has changed and the way they transact is shady. Not impressed. When you push back they are willing to change and don’t know the details. It’s not about a $ but one feels cheated..

  I heard a lot about this car wash from friends and colleagues and went there based on their suggestions. Staff were very friendly and help and they did really good job.

  I tried express detail option, took around 1 hour as it’s hand wash but they did absolutely fantastic job, was not expecting that especially interiors. In a nutshell, Would recommend this car wash and will go again.

  I was very disappointed with the car wash I received at New Casino Car Wash . My car was still dirty after the wash, and the exterior was not cleaned properly. I paid for the most expensive package, which said it included wax, but I don’t think they waxed my car at all.

  Here is a more detailed breakdown of my experience:

  Exterior not cleaned properly: My car was still dirty after the wash. There were still dirt smudges on the hood and sides of the car, and the wheels were still dirty. Wax not included: The package I paid for said it included wax, but I don’t think they waxed my car at all. The car was still dry and dusty after the wash, and there was no sign of wax. Overall, I was very disappointed with the car wash I received. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

  Advice to management:

  Please make sure that the exterior of the car is cleaned properly before returning it to the customer. Please make sure that the wax is applied to the car if the package includes wax. Please train your staff on how to properly clean and wax cars. I hope that you will take my feedback to heart and improve your services in the future.

  Such a wonderful experience with Super Car Wash Bridgewater! I needed a last minute interior detailing and they fit me in during the weekend, just before the holiday. I have an SUV with black interior…and a white dog. Needless to say, it wasn’t the prettiest sight when I dropped off the car. They did a really beautiful job and my car feels like new. The job was done quickly and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you Super Car Wash!!

  I understand what is expected when you think you’re paying a good amount for a car cleaning. But, I have been a customer of this car wash for a while now after trying several others, this is the best one by far. The people of the establishment are very friendly and informative. I’m not going to lie, I did expect my seats to be cleaned until I used my eyesight and saw the menu states its a la carte. Np. I simply asked this time and was given top quality. Much appreciated. We must not forget that you get what you pay for. So if you are looking for a lot for a little then this isn’t the place for you. Top quality requires top dollar. If your car is worth it to you then you can’t beat this.

  Paid over $40 for my car just to be clean outside and the inside barely vacuum and not clean the surface of the car?!?!?! Very very bad service. Save $ and do it your self or have your 10 year old do it. It will look better . Guaranteed

  I have the Unlimited Gold Wash package for $49.95 + tax per month. The facility does a good job when vacuuming the interior, washing the exterior, drying down the car and dressing the tires. However, when they are busy the whole process is rushed. And, not all the aforementioned steps are completed properly, such as not paying attention when power washing the vehicle, dressing only tires on one side of the car, poorly cleaned interior windows, etc. They charge an additional $10 or so to clean / dust the console and dashboard. And, it’s done in another section of the facility. Finally, why would a business that appears to have many loyal customers not stock the restrooms with the necessary sanitizing products. The soap dispensers are usually empty. I can’t remember the last time that there were paper towels. The staff recommends using the antiquated hand dryer in place of paper towels. Using the hand dryer is futile. Simple health protocol would provide some protection to customers and their employees. If there wasn’t an additional charge for the dashboard and console and if simple restroom health procedures where followed, I would have rated the business a ‘5’.

  I would give negative stars. NEGATIVE. HORRIBLE. disgusting service. This is considered “platinum service”… they didn’t clean because it’s “dog hair”. Then I see the seats, not even sprayed or wiped down. Don’t waste your time. They just said this is what we do and walked away LOL. Literally scammers. So I left and went out my way to write this review because this is as by far the worst experience. Worst car wash in NJ.
