Unbelievable6 months agoGood morning I been coming to this car wash for as long as I have memory my dad use to come here and know I been coming here since I started driving in 2006. I will say the prices are not for people that are trying to save a buck. I wanted to post this exterior detail job they did and motor cleaning they also did a interior shampoo but I didn’t take pictures completely forgot hope this helps othersa month agoThey lost a customer. The way they talk to a customer that’s why I didn’t go to do the oil the charging too much last week the girl told me $32. And I called the other they tried to charge me $50 and up. So I hanged up the I went to a different location they charged me $32. And they treated me nicely over on the phone and I went to that this company failed to I won’t commit nobody to go to a snotty place like.5 months agoI guess the hustle never stops here. Prior to getting my car washed, the guy that was writing up my ticket on order M163766 told me that it would be extra to scrub my tires and that the extra amount was to be given to him as a tip. It was supposed to be included for what I paid for which was $26.65. I reported him to the manager who said that it was the second time today that this was being reported, and that he did the same thing yesterday. People running a side business on your business should not be tolerated. The owners here need to do better.a month agoThis car wash sucks. It’s $35 in the trash. The car comes out dirty and the people that dry don’t even dry it correctly and have an attitude if you ask them to dry your car.

8 months agoQuick friendly service, at reasonable prices, with lots of different price point options as well as detailing service. They also sell car mats, wipers, huge assortment of car fresheners, and various other car accessories. I received the platinum package and while it was a good job, there were still some smudge as well as bird “remnants” on my windshield.. That’s why not 5 stars…but would definitely go back and try the detailing service.2 months agoI’ve been coming here for years but it’s gon downhill. Today was the last straw for me and I will not be returning.For starters, the prices have increased yet again. I always get the works plus package which is now $31. Today, when I received my car, the exterior and interior of my car were both still extremely dirty! They didn’t even attempt to vacuum the dirt that was on the chairs in my backseat, and there was still bird poop on the outside of my car.
For the price, I expect the car to be clean and that was just not acceptable. Very disappointed that I’ll have to find a new spot
2 months agoThe tall guy at the entrance who gives you the first receipt was very rude. All that I asked was for them to do my vacuuming a little better than the last time I was there and this guy went off on me. What got me was him being so angry about my request to the point that he told me even people who drives better cars than mine don’t complain. What? Mind you I’m driving a 2023 Jeep. I reported him to the owners wife who receives the payment and this even made him more angry to the point that he wanted to even fight me. Unbelievable.5 months agoI have been going to this car wash facility for 3 years and they do an excellent job on my 2018 Dodge Challenger. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to my car. Muhammad assisted in getting a scratch mark off of my side mirror within minutes with no charge. He was very kind and polite. This is my go to car wash! Thank you!2 months agoWhen I clean the car, I care, and I do a good job. When I pay people to do it, they don’t care, and don’t really try to do a good job. They go through the motions and move on. Places like this are a first pass but I had to clean the car afterwards myself to finish the job.

a month agoThis is under new ownership and was renamed 360 Diamond Car Wash. An external car wash is $10 which is decent if you are on the go go, like myself. Spoke with one of the owner’s and was quoted a price for a full detail (interior, exterior & steam cleaning the engine) the price was great. Will rate the detail once I get it.2 months agoOur White Palisade was gray… Asked a customer online how it was.. Just positive comments. Got the Diamond package. Took some time because they use a good mix of machinery and hand-on. Worth the time, worth the wait. Especially for the hands on treatment. Mom called me this evening thanking me for washing her car and was happy, so guess what? Score!!! Will be back again…4 months agoThis car wash use to be the best until They changed ownership. It use to be $14 for full service WITH ARMORALL. Now full service is $17 plus $3 for armorall and they don’t clean your car as good as the previous washers. They do a good job washing it, it’s washed by hand, and reasonably priced. Most other car washes are more expensive for a machine wash.

They’re decent for the price, but they seem to be structured more around exterior washes with an extra charge if you want interior service.
I have three vehicles, and the other two go to another local full-service car wash, but I do bring my truck here for an exterior wash, as the interior stays surprisingly clean for a work vehicle.
When it needs more attention, I may try one of their higher service levels or one of my other car washes.
This place is a JOKE and need to cancel the permit. This is the WORST car wash ever that you can get in your lifetime.
Subscribed for their VIP service and it’s not even worth a penny. You’ve to end up cleaning yourself as they even damage your car with scratches. Go find other car wash. TRUST me you feel the same if you get any car wash from this place.
You always notice the same JERKS at the entrance who YELLS at you for everything you ask. THEY YELL & ARGUE FOR EVERYTHING. Who the Hell are you to yell & argue at customers ?

Their dryer Machinery tore off the Crossbars of my car at the end of the wash. Then the worker that checks drivers in the wash has the balls to tell me the Crossbars were already loose. But a half hour before I just got my car serviced and have the receipt to prove it! There was nothing wrong with the Crossbars before I got to the wash!
