  They did an amazing job on my boyfriend’s apartment. I scheduled with them as a surprise to get his place a deep clean. It needed a lot of work and they did a great job getting everything clean and refreshed. We will definitely be using them for all our cleaning needs in the future!   I had a great experience with Maid My Day – they literally made my day! They came show love to my kitchen and bathroom and the end result was lovely. It felt good to see my entire bathroom and kitchen surfaces + oven back to the condition it was in when I first moved in. My oven even got a deep clean as a bonus. Also, I had some old hair product residue on the door and mirror hanging on my bathroom door where I usually do my hair every day. This residue had accumulated for the last two years and they were able to get most of it out from the door and all of it removed from the mirror + informed me of the product and method that I could use to continue removing the rest on my own.

  Overall, their service was amazing. They were easy to work with, communicate with, and I was able to take a Zoom call comfortably while they did their thing. 🙂

  My wife and I scheduled a move out clean and will never use them again. As were already out of state and selling our home (as a fixer upper as is) we made an appointment for 3 man hours which we were told would be 3 people working for 1 hour. Okay great we thought. After arranging for our friend to be there and providing payment the owner wants to re schedule less then one hour before our scheduled appointment. She either wanted to come another day or right that moment. As our friend was already at the house and we wanted the work done we opted for now. She showed up with 4 people for 45 minutes and informed me that our house would be more like a 400$ plus for a full clean. We informed her that we wanted them to do whatever they could in the 3 man hours we planned for. We bought the home in rough shape and moved out of state very quick but I did want to have some cleaning done for the new owners. She was very short and not happy with that answer. Continued on about how the dog drool on the back door would take hours to get off. Yes we had a saint who had cancer and was just put down the day before we moved. Again I was annoyed because I did not feel the need to explain all this so I didn’t and just repeated that we wanted her to do what she was hired and agreed to do. Later she then decided to call our realtor and tell her that we did not pay her for a full move out clean. We paid her for the 3 man hours as agreed even though she changed the time, people set to work, was rude, and then crossed boundaries. I would never recommend them for anything. We just threw away money today.

  Our church has used Diamond Janitorial as our weekly cleaning service for two years and have found them competent and professional. The owner is responsive and attempts to meet our extra needs as often as possible. We realize the problems that can arise when staff quits or someone is sick, but that has only rarely happened. We have recommended Diamond Janitorial to other churches in Anchorage because they are competitively priced, thorough and prompt.

  She cancelled my appointment next week because she didn’t want to clean my house “for free”. I found out my appointment was cancelled only because Groupon alerted me that she voided my coupon. Not even the courtesy of letting me know, I had to call and confirm since she had set a date and time. She was rude when I asked and I get yelled at. I would not recommend.

  I hate to leave a bad review for a small business, but I had an appointment and the cleaners never showed up. They did text and call, but they knew I was at work and that my boyfriend was going to be the one home when they came, and I didn’t get the messages until I got home 7 hours later. Scheduling was difficult and what communication there was, was slow. A friend recommended them to me after she had a deep clean done preparing her house for listing. I was just a groupon customer and was obviously not a priority.

  2hrs 4 people, $40 per person per hour.

  Our home is already clean, but I was looking for the convenience and that “extra sparkle.” We had to call them back to finish things that weren’t completed and even after that… I am currently cleaning the windows that were included in the job and never touched.

  Nice group of people but I could have save my $300+.

  Update: The job requested for your FOUR employees to complete was mainly the kitchen (cabinets, walls, countertops), 3 regular sized windows (bd, dining, kitchen), 2 relatively small bathrooms, and the floor to be mopped.

  Your manager is the one who walked through and quoted it as a 2 hour job because our home was so clean! She asked if we wanted the walls in our bedroom to be wiped down which would require more time. It was at that time I told her it was not necessary and that all of the trim had already been wiped down, just the floors and window in the next bedroom needed to be done. I left shortly after. My husband remained and said one of your employees asked what needed to be done and was directed specifically to the dining room window which I ended up having to actually clean when I returned that evening and left my initial review.

  We paid and tipped your crew under the pretense that all items requested had been completed thoroughly. It wasn’t until an hour after your crews departure that the person who referred you had to call your crew back because the walls around the range had not been cleaned. I came home later that evening to look over the job since I was told you all had to come back to find that the windows were not even touched hence again my initial review.

  Trust me when I say you arent the only one shocked! The fact that you would respond as though you did me a favor! GOH! Be happy I didnt have before and after photos! Your crew was over 30mins late, had 2 people per section, returned and I still had to clean thereafter. Your manager quoted 2 hours and if she needed more time than she should have informed us!

  All future customers: It is obvious this company requires direct supervision. Be sure to cover yourself and take before/after photos. Customer service is not customer service anymore! So as stated before, they are a friendly bunch of young adults…double check the work completed before payment.

  I’m sorry I can’t provide before and after pictures. I hired these fine ladies to clean my house late last year. Two oldsters working full-time while trying to keep up with our 2-dog/5-cat household. We’d gotten behind and it was horrendous. They scheduled while we were at work, called to let me know they’d arrived, called to let me know when they were done. I came home to a completely spotless home. No cat hair anywhere. Pristine kitchen, bathrooms, upstairs, downstairs, HOUSE. It was absolutely amazing and totally affordable. I’m sure they were disgusted when they walked in our house, but they hid that well from me so I never had to feel shamed. And when they left, I would have felt totally comfortable inviting anyone over, because they wouldn’t have even been aware we had cats until they saw them. I’d recommend them to anyone, anytime. That being said… Echo… do you think we could schedule another cleaning? ??
