  I have previously visited Primark several times, and purchase different items from this store, compared to the price, the quality of items is mostly acceptable. But sometimes the store is very unorganized and items are rather dislocated whoch makes it very time consuming to find what you are looking for. Overall it’s fine.

  It has sOme good stuff but most of them are even more expensive than other brands such as H&M or Bershka with lower quality! The rayons are terrible and it’s like the camion of products have been directly emptied in the shOp! No discipline at all! But the home part which in 0 floor is I a Bette situation. I saw some used products in this shop too which is a shame! Another thing is that I jewellery part we can also find some good stuffs so I’m giving 2 out of 5.

  Worst experience ever. Don’t come here if you are pregnant, with a baby, or sick (impairment in any way). Items are nice and expected quality for the price but staff (mostly management) make the experience not worth it. They might be nice people but waiting in a 20meters+ paying (kassa) line staffed by just 2 people on only 2 out of the 3 floors? The managers and staff actually sent us from one floor to another when pointing out they are all very full and we are with an infant and pregnant. Multiple people complaining in line, while the employees just walking around (still more than 2.5hours before closing time) We were busy trying to pay for more than 1hour.

  Edit: 1h later (17:30 now) they finally add more people by the checkouts. By now the lines are almost filling the store checkout to wall. Multiple babies crying and tempers lost. When we finally got to the checkout the person helping us was actually very nice. Total checkout time aprox 1h 45min.

  What a great decision to only have open the registers on the ground and first floor, and then only like 2 registers per floor, at closing time… When everyone has to pay at the same time. Completely insane. Management wake up!

  Nice and big store to shop for any kind of clothes. The only big downside is the terrible organization there is at the cash registers where only 4 where open and the cashiers couldn’t handle the massive queue. Overall a bad experience i waited for over 30 minutes in line just to buy a tie.

  Cheap clothes mostly poor quality, there are some of better quality but usually sold out very quick, also often size 36 sold out. Definitely staff less friendly than few years ago. Queues much longer and waiting time at cash registrar’s too long. Also closure of “Returns” on top floor not a customer friendly, as now you have to stand in the same queues as customers with purchases. Mess on the floors and not well organized set up makes hard to find things you looking for. It has declined a lot since opening.

  Some clothes don’t fit properly due to poor quality, however overall the low prices compensate for this. The waiting time is very long about 20-30minutes with only few cashier desks open. This makes the whole experience utterly disgusting.

  P.S. The queue thats is visible on the first picture is about half of its real size. The other half is on the second picture.
