  Primark is without a doubt one of the top discount stores for the poor and middle class. Indeed, whenever I wanted personal clothing or items for my kitchen, I went to Primark for the best assortment.

  Although some clothing products are occasionally of poor quality in terms of both material and texture, I still enjoy shopping here.

  Everyone should shop here, in my opinion.

  The store is downsizing. Lost clothes availability, was very crowded and the cue to pay was almost surrounding 1 entire floor. Unfortunately getting worst instead of better.

  Rather small compared to other Primark stores I’ve visited. The makeup and beauty section is just a few racks and a very small selection, that’s a bit disappointing. But overall clean and pretty well organized

  Very cheap clothes but not much to buy if you are looking for more high quality (at least for men). For children you can find lots of things to buy. The staff didn’t speak English at all and the line to the cash desk was pretty long so you had to wait for almost 10 minutes. The place has 4 stories and going to the top floor with escalators takes quite a while – so either use elevator or be prepared to walk around

  Good collection, economy price and lot of variety. Great location , just near the essen hbf station . I love their all sections. Always crowded during weekends. In weekdays normally crowded after lunchtime. Behaviours of the staffs are good.

  So I had one product to pay, and a baby in the stroller. Long cue to pay and very slow. One cashier is free, with handicap sign. The employer refused my request to pay there.

  This is a second bad experience in this location. Last time, they refused me to try a pair of pants at 19:45. They denied my access in the changing room. All changing rooms were empty. Their reason was that they close at 20:00. But it was 19.45 and I needed maximum 3 minutes to try that pair of pants.

  There was fire works near primark and it was really amazing and fun. It was crowded with loads of people and fire crackers were touching the sky. It was an amazing ? view to see. I suggest you guys to visit this place before January 7th 2023. There were number of food, sweets, drinks and snack stalls. Kids games like roller coasters etc. Best place for kids, couples, families and friends to visit. Best time to visit is after 7:00pm.

  Tip: Do try hot wine for this chill weather.

  A great place for all kinds of clothes and relatively cheap with great qualities comparing to other stores. You can buy polo t-shirts within 10-12Euro, Jeans 16 Euros and Shirts 12 Euros. Most of the clothes are made in Bangladesh. As a Bengali, that makes me feel so proud! Highly recommended.

  Great clothes for men and boys, a lot of items with very good quality for a very small price (sometimes absurd! T’s for 1.6 euro…) The staff is helpful and nice, the place is clean and tidy (much better than other branches)

  Needs aprovement: the women department. A lot less quality, could hardly find any clothes. And – the young girls department which is all pink and sparkly and you can’t really find anything that is not super cute. Times has changed, girls should not grow to a complete pink world. Tried to find some monsters or super heroes or even other colors and could hardly find anything other than unicorns and bunnies. (Not that pink / unicorns / bunnies are bad)
