H&M is a popular clothing retailer known for its affordable and trendy fashion offerings. Overall, H&M receives mixed reviews. One of its strengths lies in its extensive range of clothing options, catering to various styles and sizes. Customers appreciate the affordable prices, making it accessible to a wide range of shoppers. However, some criticisms have emerged over the years. One common complaint is the quality of H&M’s clothing, which can be hit or miss. While some items hold up well, others may show signs of wear and tear after only a few washes. Additionally, there have been concerns regarding the company’s sustainability practices. While H&M has made efforts to promote eco-friendly initiatives and introduce sustainable collections, there are ongoing debates about the true impact and transparency of these efforts. Lastly, customer service experiences vary, with some praising the helpfulness of staff while others report less satisfactory encounters. In conclusion, H&M offers affordable and trendy clothing choices, but the quality and sustainability aspects, as well as customer service, could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.

This place is so dirty I can’t. I wanted to buy some black t-shirts and accidentally dropped one on the floor while trying on another. The one that fell down was so dirty and looked like I just washed the whole store with it. Also many clothes are really dirty already. What I’m trying to say is that no one seems to be cleaning there. In the fitting rooms there are dirty socks or plastic bags (or whatever is possible) on the floor and LOTS of dust. like very much. Do you guys do anything at all? I just left without buying anything

The clothes are updated too fast, only one week apart, and the clothes are gone

I find the price at hnm affordable as compared to other stores. I always go shopping at hnm for my daily wear and office wears. Recently bought a cardigan, and blazer from here. Sometimes you get some good stuff in sale in a very cheap price. Quality of the clothes is okay.

Not the best store of H&M, it’s quite average. There are bigger stores with more options in the city, but it’s quite convenient to have this in the center.

Would not exchange or reimburse a sealed, clearly not opened package of girl underwear. My daughter bought the wrong size and we returned it the very same day. Next time I go to Lindex.

One of the best quality and middle quality clothes. The Swedish based store is everywhere in around Norway. Particularly this actual store is filled with top quality clothes. Price is good but notice it is typical Norway everything is expensive comparing to other Europe. Employees are friendly and polite. Helping is available for every customer. Service is very good. Recommended.

Tips elevator in the back of the room. Men’s floor is on the 4th floor. Resonable prices and quality. The changing room is a bit dirty. Staff is ok, if you ask they will help. But you need to seek them out.

  1. It’s arguably one of the biggest H&M outlets in Scandinavia. It’s a huge four floor store that’s located in a high end fashion street where you can find other big names like LV, YSL, Jimmy Choo, Boss, Zara and so on . So, one should be sensible and just go to the relevant section to shop. And like other stores it has two elevators for easy movement of the families with kids or those who use wheelchairs.

  2. The staff was really rude only because we were changing in the same changing room. And they kept shouting and yelling at us when we were minding our own business. When we went to pay, the same staff kept looking at us all disgusted.

  3. Absolutely disgusting staff, kept screaming and shouting at us and ripped the curtains open when one of our friends was changing because there were “two voices” in the changing room. Rude and disrespectful, they also followed me around just to scream at me. Terrible experience.
