Received great customer service during our visit today at the ground floor cash counter, however at the men’s section the staff member was working (male, Asian appearance) was not very welcoming and didn’t really assisted with the requested questions. Maybe he was having a bad day.a week agoVery disappointed. Came in specifically for the embroidery service for the launch event. After making a purchase specifically for this, was turned away by the embroidery staff at 7:30pm because “they had a lot to get through.” If that’s the case, you can’t be advertising that this complimentary embroidery service runs until 8pm. Ended up returning my purchase as that was the whole reason I came in. Many good options for clothes and buying things for home. You can find clothes for girls, mans, kids, different sizes, good offers for special disccounts (especially in this month) ?? ? ?. Its in the center of rundle mall, very close to the tram station, good location. Totally recomended ?.
This place feels like your in American department stores. Different experience from the local clothing stores around. Clean and organised clear signage on where and what is the area.
Sustainable, quality and ethical – items, fashion and accessories that is affordable. Recycling program is worth looking into if you are the conscious buyer. Shopping areas are labelled for easy directory, a store for the whole family.
Their Home section on the ground floor is also very aesthetic stocking some really nice bedding and crockery. Some great sales on from time to time with extra discounts if using the H&M membership on the app.
The staff are friendly always, however although there are the change rooms upstairs and downstairs, both are not open during peak times so expect longer queues.
They don’t give you your money back. They give you “gift cards” with less of the money you paid. Not to mention the quality of clothing is pathetic.
I rather have 10 outfits that last a good while (in good conditions) than 60+ cheap outfits from H&M.
Unfortunately my daughter and myself had a very bad experience at around 12:00PM 06/10/2023 at the Rundel Mall store. My 11year old daughter was making her first dress purchase and the behaviour of the one of the staff members towards her was disgusting. When we were asking about the purchase, The staff member with long black hair was very rude and insulting in her response. I would suggest that we had zero customer service and for an adult staff member to treat an 11 year old girl and her mother in such a way was revolting. It absolutely ruined my daughters first buying experience and although we love the H&M product we will not walk into another H&m store again based on this horrible staff experience.
