2 months agoBEST SELF-SERVE CAR WASH! I just moved here from TX and am a big car guy. The triple action foam is super thick, glossy and actually shoots out in 3-5 different colors. Left my car GLEAMING.6 months agoThis has become one of my favorite car washes in the area. It has several self-service washing bays, 2 automatic washing bays, and dog washing stations ( I believe 3). The grounds are always clean, and I haven’t had any issues with any machines that I’ve used. I really like this facility.2 years agoUpdating my review! After posting I was contacted and the owner had my wiper fixed. I appreciate that a business can be accountable! Thank you!Automatic car was broke off my rear window wiper. I called the number on the door during business hours and left a message. Never received a call back. I didn’t expect payment for a new wiper, maybe a refund for the wash, maybe at least a callback to apologize for the inconvenience and let me know they would look into it so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The owners obviously don’t care about their customers and their vehicles to not even call someone back. Of course there is assumed risk in anything (which is of course how so many business that offer a service get out of being responsible for any damages their faulty service causes), so just assume that if you use this car was your car will be damaged and no one will care to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
4 months agoi still wash my car here when im on this side of maryland- yay 24 hours!a year agoI’ve only every used the automatic car wash so I can’t rate the whole experience properly. Though I’m sure the manual washing stations are just as good, I do like the automatic. It has different types of washes, like many car washes have, and a dryer once it’s done. The only thing that it lacks, I think, is the time the dryer runs. It doesn’t dry the car fully but a little bit of driving around or running a drying rag over the car takes care of that easily. The vacuum stations are great, ample time for low cost to clean the inside of the car and the option to add scent is a nice extra touch.

a year agoHello, I paid a full service for exterior and according to the description it was full clean rims, bugs and wax.Well my car did not get waxed some bugs were out but the rims are not even full clean. Hopefully they do a better Job.
2 months agoI must start that for this place being the Great AMERICAN Car Wash, not one single American was working there. No one speaks English here and they only do a mediocre job. I will drive the extra distance to Millerville and get my car serviced by Americans who speak the language, understand American expectations, and will get the job done right. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t good enough for me to go back.3 months agoFast service, super clean, and knowledgeable staff. Great results! Customer service was tepid and lackluster. They just seemed like they really don’t like their jobs, which can come off as if they don’t like the customer or are annoyed. If I hadn’t known better, I would have thought that I did something wrong to irritate the employees.8 months agoThe exterior looks decent, but what’s up with the interior work guys? For 35$ (their most expensive option) you’d think they’d at least get the most obvious spots on my seats. Their goal is obviously to get as many people in and out as possible rather than give good service so people actually come back. The greeter was rude to me as well.a month agoThe service is great, but I would make sure you do not leave any personal items under the seats while getting it cleaned. I had several things missing afterwards.

4 months agoI went to the touchless bay. It washes the car but does not rinse it. I had to go to a manual bay, and spend more money, to rinse the soap off of the car. I couldn’t find a human there. Update – I went back the next day and got my money back and a few tokens.3 months agoThis carwash was great till they got new worker/owner. He has terrible people skills . You know what I hate? I hate paying for a service and not getting what I paid for. I paid for the “Platinum” wash with interior, their highest priced wash. The outside of the car looks great, the inside did not. They wiped *most* of my dash, didn’t wipe my doors, did a very poor job vacuuming, and left big smudges on the inside of the windshield. If you own this place you are probably losing a lot of return customers because of the poor job those kids you hired are doing. UPDATE: you may see how they offered to make it right and gave me an email address to contact. I contacted it that same day and they never responded. This place is shady. Shady customer service, shady management. Support a small business and get a mobile detailer. Avoid this place.
1st visit, I was happy that my car was clean. However, for the Premium service, I wish they paid more attention to detail and did a much better job cleaning the windshield. When I got home, I wiped down my steering wheel and parts of the console, recleaned the windshield and tidied-up dirt they missed around the door handles… kinda felt like they rushed through wiping the car down after it went through the wash. But, the lady cleaning the waiting room did a fantastic job! #Spotless
2nd visit update, I will NOT be back. This time, paid $48 for the premium service … not only was the inside still dirty but the outside was too. I’m done. Will not go back again.
I have visited 2 different times and was disappointed both times. It took 35 minutes to clean the inside and outside of my car and I was second in line. The outside was good, but I spent another 10 minutes cleaning the smears and missed points on the inside windshield, screens, and interior door panels (pretty much every interior service minus the floors needed to be cleaned again). I expected more for over $40. I’m in search of a good car wash place.
1st and last time here! Horrible layout don’t know where to enter you literately have to back up twenty times to get your car on the belt. Then the employees are pretty rude there especially the blonde curly hair one. Maybe I should cancel my membership never had an issue ever. Will never come back.
Paid for that Titanium package and was seriously considering enrolling on a yearly membership based on what I was being told by the employee who was lining up my car to. Ended up extremely disappointed with the result and how the car came out on the other side. i can say for a fact that this was the last time that I take any of my cars there.
