2 years agoJust got back from there. Not only was their foam brush broken, but it scratched my brand new jeep in 2 spots before I noticed.Nobody there on duty. Long scratch on hood, another on the side.
Whats messed up is the only reason I went there was to use the foam brush.
Put around $20 in quarters in first. Wanted to give it a good scrub. This is what I get. Unhappy. Seeking the owner.
2 years agoThe site could use an upgrade. Vacuums are adequate the washing base are dirty and overall the space needs some tlc. However it will sober purpose. There are others but this would suffice. Suggest a solid revamp upgrade and hiring someone to keep the place clean. Overall c-2 years agoI will now be looking for someone opening the change machines when I drive by because I just went to this car wash, put $5 in to get change, and it didn’t give me anything. No phone number to call anyone, nobody here for help. Waste of money, and there are definitely better options in the area. Went to waves car wash today in milford and had a 5 ? first experience. The exterior wash uses quality products to get your car sparkly clean. I had the interior done as well and the staff was very thorough. All the staff was extremely nice especially Madi. She was very professional and informative. I love how both interior and exterior of my car turned out! The inside shop for waiting features 2 massage chairs and some merch! If you’re thinking of stopping by quit waiting and check it out!
Excellent service! The 2 people helping me with the inside of the vehicle were AMAZING. Very kind, and very clean. I will come back. I don’t know their names, but the two people working inside the cars on 9/6/23 definitely deserve a raise. (A very hefty raise at that). Thank you so much for the work. ???????
First time we washed our car here since they opened the car wash a couple of months ago.
Went through the car wash and my car came out sparkling.
Great customer service with smiling faces and asked if everything is ok.
It’s a bit expensive than other car wash, but you get what you pay for. There’s clean rags and scrub brushes for your mats and great vacuums, although the way the suction end is made, makes it hard to clean crevices. But hey, overall a very well made car wash that’s loca and it’s just a mile or so away vs having to drive 25 miles is so well worth it!
Great Job Waves Car Wash!
Very disappointed with the results of this car wash. Black grease like substance all over the bottom of my vehicle AFTER car wash (second time this has happened). Told by attendant that it’s from the tire shine and should wipe/wash off. So I’m washing my car after spending $22 for my car to get dirtier by the car wash. No refund issued, terrible customer service. Will NOT be returning. Does not easily wipe/wash off as seen in photo. Square away your tire shine issues with the blow dryer issues that spray it all over.
We have been several times, and had been very satisfied. Our last visit, we paid for a full interior clean as well as the car, but they were very shorthanded and we had to clean the inside ourselves. I asked the manager on duty how we could be reimbursed for that portion of our payment. She was very helpful, issued us a credit for the entire amount and said she would email me a ticket for a free wash. I haven’t seen the credit or received the email, but it has only been a few days so I will wait a bit longer.
