From the crown molding, to the baseboards and everything in between. The window sills are spotless, but the most wondrous was their ability to get the red dirt stains out of the grout!! Yea! I have them set up every other week. The first week’s initial work was fantastic. I came home to a great smelling home after a long day at work. I was surprised because I expected the house to smell of cleaner but it had an amazing floral scent and not overwhelming. Second cleaning wasn’t as impressive but I will continue to use them as they have not disappointed.Update: we definitely have our favorite cleaner. Tucker does a fantastic job and we always cross our fingers that we have him! He continues to do fantastic work week after week! Very pleased with CottageCare.

a month agoReally wanted this to work out. Customer service was awful. They took forever to return texts and calls back. When did they call back, my questions seemed like they were such an inconvenience and had attitude on a few calls (As if I didn’t invest over 200K in the house). The day they cleaned they had from 11am to 3pm and didn’t finish until 4:10pm. And they even charged me extra! Luckily the guest didn’t show up on time since check-in was at 3pm, which I told them a guest was coming weeks in advance. Plus, I instructed them to not take the towels and they still did and conveniently for them they were able to charge $50 extra for laundry combined with the bed sheets along. Only reason didn’t give 1 star is she kindly sent back my bedding and towels soon.a month agoI called King’s for help getting my house ready for real estate photos. They listened to me on the areas I wanted extra care on and took care of us. My husband and I will be returning customers.a year agoThey cleaned our Airbnb for the second time and it was done very poorly. It did not look professional and was messy. Found dirty cookware outside, no toilet paper left for guests, only left 7/12 towels for guests, toilet seat left up, opened food left in cabinet, and no shampoo for guests. So much more that I won’t list. Very disappointed especially for what we pay. We were told they handle most of the Airbnbs in town, if so, I question how great these look after the cleaning. Update: They asked me to change my honest review.2 months agoI requested vacuum mopping and wipe down of all obvious surfaces in living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I didnt even ask for a deep clean! Instead of removing some cat hair off the couch that was obvious they hid it behind pillows. Seems like they take their time and arent thorough.Took 2hrs and 2 people to do a basic job and still wasn’t clean. Not worth the $200 something dollars charged. The cleaners were leaving as I arrived back to the home so I couldn’t point out the issues right then but did take several photos of all the areas not cleaned or wiped down and sent to mgmt just for mgmt to say they don’t feel the cleaners did nothing wrong and would not listen to what the customer had to say.They were rude and unprofessional! Update: (Currently about a month later and after reading the owner’s response to this review) I spoke with one of the owners, Dan, a day or two after the cleaning and expressed my concerns with the work that was done. I told him that many of the services listed in the description of the move in/out service were not completed, which I was concerned about. During our talk he asked what would make me satisfied with the situation and I said a full or majority refund. In his response below he states that he asked if I would change or update my review. This is not the case… (I would like to make this very clear) from my perspective it seemed as if he would only give me a refund if I removed the review completely. He asked if I received a refund if I’d remove this review to which I said no. I specifically told him that I would, however, update my review to include information saying I was refunded and the issue was resolved but I WOULD NOT REMOVE THE REVIEW COMPLETELY. In his response below he also brings up that a construction crew was working at the house which is true. We had a couple plumbers working in the master bath and on the kitchen sink which should not have gotten in the way of their cleaning. They were able to clean the master bathroom even though the plumbers were supposedly in their way. Not sure how plumbers in the kitchen and bathroom keep you from dusting the blinds or shelves in the living room. The main concern I have is that if you say a service includes certain things I expect those things to be done. It clearly lists on the website that dusting of shelves and blinds is apart of the move in/out service so I’m not sure why that wasn’t even done.
Not sure if this hold any weight but I’m not one to write reviews… but this service was bad enough to where I felt like I needed to write my first review.
NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I was charged $350 for the move in/out service only to find that most of the house was still dirty when I returned.
I received a phone call from the company earlier that morning telling me that they were not going to be able to clean baseboards and cabinets due to paint chipping which is understandable. I did not however expect them to completely skip over all the base board and cabinets including the ones that didn’t have paint chipping off, which is what they did. I was also told that the cleaners were unable to get the dirt off the blinds but later tested this for myself and found that the dirt scrubs off easily with a little light scrubbing.
I came home to find numerous marks on the walls and woodwork (from the people living here not the cleaners… hopefully) that had not been cleaned off, dust on living room shelves and mantel that the cleaners didn’t even try to clean, a partially cleaned kitchen counter, dirty kitchen appliances, dusty blinds, and dirty baseboards and cabinets
Would not recommend this company and would give them a 0/5 stars if I could!
Also: Talked to the customer service about the fridge not being cleaned (they didn’t clean the fridge because they ran out of time but they did not charge me for that service which was nice) and then called again a couple more times about 30 min later when I saw the other things that weren’t cleaned and they didn’t answer my calls but they answered my roommate’s call when he tried. Maybe a coincidence… maybe not
0 stars I paid for a move in deep clean paid extra for inside of cabinets and the house wasn’t even that dirty just needed a good top to bottom dusting sweeping and wipe down,, something I could do myself but being 7 months pregnant figured itd be worth the money to hire “professionals”. They made no effort to rectify the situation just wanted pictures so they could “coach their staff and learn from the situation”. I’ve already contacted a customer satisfaction lawyer.
Sunny and her team are top notch in customer service. They have cleaned my personal residence and several of our rentals. The one time we thought the cleaning could have been a little better Home Maid Better was back on site same day to ensure I was happy with their cleaning. I’ve never had such immediate response with world class service thanks Sunny and the team for doing great work!
Sometimes housework just gets away from us. Having Claudia and Denise in today was amazing! Everything shines! They slayed all the dust bunnies and fur tumbleweeds. Thank you for such great service!
