You cannot go wrong with the highly efficient and professional teams assembled to care for your home or business. Over the years our Yellow Team has been especially consistent, efficient, and stable. Every visit is something we actually look forward to. All team members are especially personable and professional. Also, the caliber of the work is excellent not to mention some of the attention to detail… little flourishes like hotel style bed making, bathroom treatments and clever arrangements when tidying up surfaces.   We have been having The Maids team clean for us for about 6-8 months now, including a move from one condo to a house. Overall, the team was responsive to our time needs (early morning cleaning) and does an excellent job with our space. They even do some unexpected things like tidy up blankets, make beds, and wash dishes (though we try to keep this to a minimum). They’re in and out quickly, which is a must for us since we take our dogs out of the house while they’re cleaning.

  Today was their first clean of our new house. The Purple Team was great! I especially appreciate how clean the floors are and that they made our beds. I would recommend the Maids to anyone and especially the Purple Team.

  We’ve been using this service once per month for about a year, now, and we’re very happy. We don’t always get the same person, but everyone has always been great. They listen to what you want and do it well. They also do what they can to go above and beyond in little ways if they have some extra time, like dusting or washing a few extra dishes. I have limited mobility and they’ve made life so much less stressful.

The overall conscious was that Patriot Maids provided the best clean at lower rates compared to others. I’m glad I tried them because they have been amazing. I’ve had their service for over a year and they not only give the deepest clean, but are super flexible & accommodating. I’ve had other cleaning services in the past that cost significantly more and weren’t even half the quality of cleaning I’ve gotten from Patriots.   I am very happy with Patriot Maids. My cleaners were thorough, kind and went above and beyond. I was happy with the booking process too. No long calls to get a quote that take forever to get to the price. You don’t have to get on the phone at all if you don’t want to. It can all be done easily online.   I used their services for a move-out cleaning. I liked that they worked fast and showed up on time and also have good customer support to address my questions and make some last-minute adjustments. I wish the cleaning team had a direct way of communication with me to let me know when they are done and could’ve checked their work while they are still there because I wasn’t at the apartment when they were working.   The service was fast and cleaning was very well done. I loved that you could edit what you want online. However, I don’t like that it was a flare rate. It took less than 45 minutes to deep clean my 400 sq foot apartment (because of the size, not because they weee rushed) so maybe shouldn’t be the same prices as any other apartment clean. Altogether would still use again.
