  I had booked the appointment a week in advance. They came in to do move out cleaning but called to let me know that the AC was not working and that they could not work under those conditions. I had paid extra for the cabinets and oven to be cleaned. They wiped a couple of counters and left even leaving some of their equipment behind. I called to see if we could reschedule but they were not able to accommodate me within my time frame. They charged me $250. I called them to tell them to come and pick up their equipment and asked for some of my money to be refunded since they barely did anything and they refused

  We invited freen sweep for our move out clean. Expecting the house would be absolutely clean and trusted that we dont have to come back to check on them. I ended up coming up to the house twice after it was supposed to be clean and done. The house smelled bad. Food scraps still left on the floor – which was never mopped. The drawers still had personal items and still dirty. Vanities were all dirty. I requested and paid for spot clean of the walls but it was never done. The doors were dirty too. Laundry room was not never cleaned. I gave 2 stars because the working staff were friendly and their manager didnt give them enough time to clean my house which I paid $500 for a 1300 sf. Then the manager blamed them for not communicating. It was very unprofessional not to mention stressful and disappointing, considering we had to be out of the house and have to come back twice to make sure they did the work i paid for them to do. Their communication throughout was very lacking too. I asked for photos when they were done, they didn’t even reply so I have to drive up there to check on it myself. The second time I came the house was better but still some dirty areas. All in all they gave me about 17% credit but it definitely did not worth the stress and headach.

When you have 100 5-star reviews and a single 1-star review, you can tell which party is in the right. 😉 Update June 2023 – 2 or 3 efficient ladies come every month.   We are very pleased with the cleaning Authority. This past week we had a issue with a clogged tub. I cleared the tub and Josephine offered to come the next day to finish the tub which we very much appreciated it, however the most important thing I wanted to say is that when Josephine arrived the next day just as she was approaching the opened garage where my 96 year old mother was standing in the garage a neighbor’s dog unexpectedly ran to my mother and knocked her to the ground injuring my mother. Josephine ran to assist my mother helped get her to her feet and got her into her home safely. My mother said that she was very happy and appreciative that Josephine was there at the time and helped her. Josephine finished the job and made sure my mother was taken care of. This was above and beyond act of kindness by Josephine. Thank you for your kindness shown to my elderly mother.

  It was my first cleaning with the ladies at the cleaning authority and I can say that it was a really good one! My kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling. I like the system that they have for cleanings in stages they do a general cleaning everywhere but they also, dedicate time to specifics areas.

  Hilda & Karen where both very professional, efficient and respectful of my messy home. They arrived tools in hand and got right to it after a short tour. I’m single with 3 to 5 dogs (I baby sit family dogs), and I suck at housekeeping!!! My house looks sooooo much better now and I feel proud to live here. Tad pricey but well worth it, especially since the interior was so neglected. Hilda & Karen totally impressed me at how well they worked together. If you’re wondering if you should hire them; DO IT! You won’t regret it.

  I contacted Molly Maids for an appointment for an estimate. They called to cancel and rebooked an appointment for 8/8 at noon. No one showed up while we sat at home waiting for them. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t even consider hiring them.

  The cleaning I ordered was described as a deep clean. What I got was a broad, superficial cleaning. I had a lot of places I had to follow up on. Good enough to really appreciate not having to do it myself, but I will try another service next time.
