I traded in my car and as I car shopping at different car lots in Bemidji nobody wanted to sell me a car. Not at a price I could afford….so I drove to Park Rapids …..same story. The next day I drove to St Cloud and they wanted to sell me a car and at a price I could afford. Really some haters close to home!!! Yesterday I got a thank you card from the dealership and another one from the salesman. I wrote a review to all three dealerships in Bemidji and not ONE follow up. The body man told us the car was damaged and repaired.a year agoI bought a 2012 car from them, and it was a very good price with a car that worked very well.However, after getting into an accident with the car while I still owed on it (Rear ended in the winter time) and having applied for gap coverage, they would not pay any of it. I had coverage for $800 and they didn’t pay a single penny on the car.
Would I shop here again? Maybe. Would I get their gap coverage? No. Way.

We got to pick out great thank you gifts from them after our purchase to say thanks for buying a vehicle from us. Our First two oil changes are free and they even changed my wiper blades free. Then when my car was hit by a deer, they went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired to like new again. They took the time to address any additional needs I had with my vehicle and were great with explaining and answering any questions I had. I was struggling trying to catch up on rent as well as my car note. Luckily I was helped by a good employee. They understood what I was dealing with and helped me push my due date back to be able to catch up. They recently helped me with a different vehicle. It started having issues right away after leaving and got worse over a couple days. I went to auto zone for a free engine check and found out it was emissions control gauge, catalytic converter, and power train issues in the 2012 ford focus. They were more than happy to work with me and willing to either exchange or fix it with a fee. They got me into a different vehicle right away! I settled with a 2008 ford taurus x pictured below with same price but has awd in it even. Yay!
