  We drove 1.5 hours to his dealership versus others close by and this is why. Demetrius sold us our Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid limited and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of sales service he provided! He showed us all of the features, was straight forward in what they could and could not do and was prompt and professional. This was hands down one of the best dealership experiences that we’ve had. Travis was wonderful as well in getting us a great and reasonable deal that we were comfortable with. Eddy handled the finance piece and helped us get in and out as quickly as possible. Plus the Hyundai mascot Luna was there and she’s so lovable! All in all, we give this dealership 20 out of 10 stars!!

  I began shopping for a new Hyundai Sonata hybrid as I like the one I have but wanted a new one. After going through a very unsatisfying experience with a dealer to my south, whom I had purchased my previous car with, I turned to Hyundai of St. Augustine. The difference was night and day. When I asked for an out the door quote for a vehicle on their lot, it was sent within minutes. The next day, I called to see if the vehicle was still available and made an appointment to test drive. Here is the best part. The salesman, Leonid Levit already had the paperwork drawn up with a price that was lower than what was previously quoted and significantly lower than the previous dealer! A very fair deal indeed. My husband and I were treated respectfully and did not have to play any back and forth waiting games. The process was actually quite enjoyable. When doing the financial transaction, Tony also treated us respectfully and clearly and patiently explained decisions we needed to make. He was able and willing to comply with all our requests. I can’t say enough good things regarding my experience.

  This dealership is terrible with customer service, especially when it’s their fault. They have no communication whatsoever, to the point where they will be working on your car, go on vacation, & not say a word, prolonging your service. They will purposely put on a service repair paper the technician fixed something & then act surprised when you come back with the same problem, then charge you for another service. Then, on top of that not wash or vacuum your car when they’ve held it for over 2 months in a dirty lot, & give it back to you just like that. Do yourself a favor & save yourself the headache & time, by not purchasing a car with them, or having it serviced there either. i will much rather take my business elsewhere where they have the time to do their job correctly & who actually care about the ppl driving the cars.
