Brian’s expertise and professionalism were evident as he patiently answered all my questions and provided me with detailed information. Update: So after 4.5 hours of waiting on my car, my brakes still were making noise. I told Harold and he made me another appointment with Lester. Lester has been veryyy very professional, patient and extremely helpful. I am so grateful for his service!!
My salesman, Harold, was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, and patient. However, 1 week after having my car I noticed that the brakes were making a loud screeching noise. I told Harold and he completed the paperwork promptly and connected me with the service guy, Lester. Lester told me to come in on Tuesday, however, Lester does not work on Tuesday. Not sure why he would tell me to come when he’s not here. So Harold had to send all my paperwork to the other guy with gray hair. He was working the desk by himself. He was not friendly and did not acknowledge my presence at all. I stood there for about 20 minutes until I called Harold to let him know I was not getting any help. People who came after me were getting their car serviced before mine. Mind you, my appointment was at 9, when they open. They did not offer the uber services that I had no clue about until I told Harold I had to cancel my 12:00 chiropractic appointment due to not having my vehicle. When I asked the gray haired guy about my car he said it will be an additional hour and they were going to start on it soon. Mind you, 2 1/2 hours of me waiting had already passed. If I could go back in time, I would not have gotten my car from Florida Fine Cars simply because the service area is a mess.
Giving this place one star because there is not an option for no stars. So disappointed with my experience. The car salesman showed us a car that was not even available and was “SOLD”.The only reason we went to this dealer was because we found the car online and told us it was available, we showed up and they didn’t have it. I walked in at 1:20pm and it’s 5:20pm and still not done. No consideration that I had my baby with me, customer services just sucked. I don’t recommend this dealer. Reason why I walked out. This has nothing to do with the interest, doing it through the bank directly was way to go and were offered a better interest, if you read my review correctly it has to do with customer care. We called and were told the vehicle was there and we went there the same day; and the vehicle WAS NOT THERE. So the vehicle was NOT AVAILABLE. In fact this dealership tried to call me back with a better “offer”. I am way happier with my new purchase at a different dealership. Thank you!
