Man I read reviews on this place and I don’t know why people are so mad at them here. I actually seen this truck online and came straight from Las Vegas to purchase this vehicle. Not only did they hold it for me, they went and picked it up from the other dealership and made sure to clean it up before we left, but it wasn’t dirty at all so no complaints there.
I had an appointment to go to California or Sunrise Ford I should state, but they ended up being weird and wanted to tax on extra fees for no reason. Like 7K in fees that I didn’t even ask for. Then they didn’t even want to hold the truck for me so I said screw them, I’m from Vegas and I don’t like to gamble at all so I found this one within two hours and came out here the next day to pick em up.
Dealership was extremely clean and all the salesman were dope and fresh. I was standing out front and checking out the lot while my wife handled the paperwork and seen at least three of their salesman in action. They won’t pressure you into a deal, they actually don’t need to do that since all their whips seems like they are all deals. Got to have a few conversations with a few of them and they just seemed like normal people tryna make an honest living. The experience here is unheard of and it’s it sad I had to come all the way to Utah to experience this type of treatment.
My salesman was awesome and fresh! Mad respect for him and their place of business and I do thank you for all you have done to get me this deal and get me my truck back. We were treated like VIP’s. After two days of shopping dealership to dealership all over Salt Lake Valley, Prestman Auto changed the way I felt about shopping for a car. They were fun, friendly, relaxed and patient. Our salesman Nick Neel was amazing. He found us the exact car we were looking for; a white Ford Expedition and made arrangements and an appointment for us to see and drive it. When we got there, he was waiting for us with the car pulled right up front. He went through all the features, walked us through the Carfax and let us take as much time as we needed to ask questions. We fell in love with the Ford Expedition he had. The staff all worked together to be of service to their clients. It felt like all the salespeople were one team instead out for themselves. The other staff we interacted with were the sales manager Paris, Chris the finance manager who made the paperwork simple and quick, Matt the floor manager who took our pictures for us and made sure we had everything we needed, and DJ another sales person who came out after we had purchased the car and walked us through all the electronics. I don’t know who owns this dealership but they have made their dealerships somewhere you feel well cared for. I almost wished that the whole process had taken longer. I was loving the massage chair, popcorn, and drinks. After we had completed our purchase we got to sign the red, hot chili pepper, they gave us T-shirts and filled our car with gas. Now that’s what I call treating your clients right. Yup, I felt like I had been given the VIP treatment.
We Just Bought A 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L from them . It was the best buying experience we have ever had . ZEF helped put all of our concerns and worries at ease ! He was supper friendly and personable. They all work together as a team to make sure that you have the utmost care ! They where amazing at Negotiating a pice that worked for our budget .
