We bought a vehicle from Rolling Hills in March.
Dennis helped us and it was fantastic.
We had no issues with him showing us what we wanted and closing the sale.
Breckyn was very helpful with all the financial things. She even met with us a 2nd time to answer some questions we had.
It seems some of the things that were said don’t match perfectly with the paperwork. When asked about it we ere given a email conversation that those things would be covered in the future.
Now I kept 4 stars because of those 2 people above. They were amazing!
I am not having the same experience with the service area. When I tried to call for the first oil change on May 1st I had to wait a week for the first available was over a week out. I mentioned that I had a certain day off and would need to push the date out. She was able to “squeeze” me in on May 8th.
On May 8th ( about 2 months after we bought the car) I was on my way to my oil change, I live about an hour away, I was 20 minutes away when I got a notification about low tire pressure. So I pulled over. I went around my car and I could hear the air leaking out of my passenger back tire. I called Rolling Hills to let them know what happened and that I would not make my appointment. She wanted to reschedule right then but I needed to get my tired changed first.
I just recovered from cancer that the beginning of the year and I literally did not have the strength to change a tire myself. I am blessed that 2 different cars pulled over to help and assist.
After my tire was changed we saw how bad the tire was I was so lucky I didn’t blow out while driving. I needed new tires NOW.
I called Rolling Hills right after that and asked if they had tires. I was told she could schedule an appointment and she could send me over to those who order the tires. I asked if they had any appointments that day because I needed new tires now. I was told no. So I had to find a different place to get tires that day.
We were aware that tires would be needed soon. When we left with the car on March 6th we were given that the tires were yellow. So would need attention in the future. Not before the next service date.
I was driving on borrowed time. Glad it worked out but I am questioning why I was allowed to drive on tires like that. I am attaching photos of the tire.
After I got all the figured out I called for an oil change a few days later. The next appointment was over a week out. And since I needed a certain day it was over 2 to 3 weeks out. I told her I would call back because I was frustrated with how long we would have to wait.
My husband kept getting emailed saying he could schedule online but when he tried he could since we were sold a Ford not a Toyota.
Maybe there shouldn’t be emails.
Well we finally reached out to Breckyn over email and she was able to schedule us on a day that I was off work. Still about a week out. I am so glad she was able to help but she shouldn’t of had to.
She mentioned that they want us to come back to Rolling Hills for the services but it has seemed really difficult to get services in a timely manner.
When I went for my service today Ian was helpful. He seemed like the middle man. We are 3 months with the car and needed to pay for an alignment fix because that just happens on Missouri roads.
I am hoping this review reaches the right people so those who are doing the right thing and being helpful get recognized and maybe things will change. I assume we aren’t the only people who have had these issues before. We are very happy with the vehicle but I am not enjoying trying to navigate the service part.
I’m thankful for the patience and kindness of Cheyenne who helped in showing me the Toyota Avalon Hybrid that I was interested in purchasing. Even though I had never met Cheyenne or been in the dealership before, she was like a friend who was interested in finding the right fit for me and not a high pressure salesperson. She allowed me to ask as many questions and sometimes repeatedly till I understood. Mary in the finance department showed the same care and respect as Cheyenne. She also allowed me the time and explained all the options and helped as a friend would even though I had never met her either. The manager even answered questions and made me feel comfortable. He took time to visit and did not make me feel rushed. Excellent all around team!! I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Top quality customer care and service.
It was a long wait, but he finally did it! I was very picky about what I wanted , and Jayden from Rolling Hills came thru for me!
He guided me thru the process, making it as smooth as possible.

I had my first experience with the service department today. My 2nd key bob was in and it needed to be programmed. I tried to get it done immediately, but of course it was very busy, so Derrick, bless his heart, got me in first thing this am, and out within the time frame he told me and it was even washed! Great customer service!
I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment for an oil change and was greeted at the door before I exited my car. The vehicle was taken for service and returned ready to go in less than 45 minutes. A coupon was allowed that saved a few dollars off the cost and I was on my way. Waiting area was comfortable and clean.
Derrick and Riley were the best service advisors! Welcoming, explained everything, and were super nice! Service and timing to complete my car was great!! Love the shuttle option. I will be back for sure!
