All of my experiences have been terrible and feels like I am being scammed by these car salesmen. After being assisted by Khalil, who was thoroughly knowledgeable about the product and being able to meet me in the middle financially, it became a calm, effortless experience. I felt secured in my purchasing decision and will always recommend Khalil.3 months agoSo after I dropped my vehicle off to have the control arms, replaced and the hood latch, replaced under a recall, my car just didn’t feel right. They supposedly did an alignment that was listed on the paperwork. So after calling and trying to talk to the service department, I was never called back after leaving two messages. I decided to have the alignment rechecked by a shop and they either didn’t do the alignment or just did a terrible job. Look at the pictures below. Also, I’m not exactly sure what they did yet but something is rattling under the hood right near the hood latch that they replaced. I wouldn’t have left this review if somebody would’ve just called me back and at least took some form of responsibilIty. It’s hard to write a one star review after getting stuff done for free but I feel like that was the reason that the job was done so poorly.3 months agoWent in for an engine oil change and a rear differential oil change on my 2019 Nissan NV3500. And under warranty wanted a Transmission shift issue checked. The staff was courteous, the coffee in the waiting room was nice, the wait was not too long but on the bill they charged me an hour labor ($159) for the rear diff oil change. The Van goes on the lift for the engine oil change so while up all the mechanic has to do is drain and refill the differential. Easy and not even a quarter hour. This is dishonest. I saw many staff come in the waiting room for coffee. No activity on the sales floor. They are supporting the business with high service charges. The business model at my usual repair shop is honest, better and cheaper. I will not go to Kingston Nissan for service.nv
6 months agoI just purchased a vehicle from Kingston Nissan. My sales rep was Khalil Sharp and let me tell you, he’s awesome. Laid back but very professional! a week agoThe dealership had my truck for over a month “waiting” on parts. When I finally had enough and called to tell them to put my truck back together they suddenly had the part and put it back together in 2 days. When I received the truck there was new scratches on the door that where not there when dropped off. I have interior clips that might be for the trim that was not put back together correctly. One piece of the trim was just sitting in place not attached to anything. The real kicker was a brand new pack of ratchet straps disappeared from my truck! I have washed my hands of that terrible service dept and ordered the touch up paint and broken parts to replace myself. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else! It’s not worth the headache !5 months agoI had a great experience with Sawyer’s. The staff was very nice and got me in right off. I needed a battery changed and they got me right in and were so quick. They also let me know that I have a recall on my windshield wipers so I will be back when able to get that taken care of. I called and spoke with Tim. We came up with a fair deal in 15 minutes. I had the car delivered in my driveway 2 days later and signed the paperwork there. The communication was excellent from the salesman to the finance manager. What a great experience!!!4 months agoOnce again Brianna was wonderful helping me get my car in for service on short notice. With my schedule it’s hard to get a service during the day with their extended hours I was able to go after work on a Thursday evening. I can’t thank her enough for being so flexible and helpful.

Everyone I talked to on the phone or in person was extremely pleasant. As a new customer, I came in for first visit to take care of a free factory recall service on a used Wrangler I just purchased. I asked Sawyer to do a thorough check on the car at the same time. When I picked up the car, expecting to pay for the check, I found out there was no charge. That’s unheard of. I had the best experience purchasing a new electric vehicle with Danielle and the team at Romeo Ford. Danielle took the time to walk us through all the unique features of the electric vehicle and was very knowledgeable about charging practices and how to make the most of the battery. The GM, Mike, also went out of his way to make us feel cared for. Day 2 of owning the new vehicle, my husband accidentally punctured the leather seats, and Romeo made it super easy to fix and at a very reasonable cost.
