3 weeks agoOk so I live in Tennessee over 2 hours away Brittany called me on 12-27 told her what car I was interested in wanted to see if I could even get approved before I drove all the way there. On 12-28 9am I go to the office makes me test drive it takes copy of my licenses give her my income ..I work for door dash I give her bank statement from what I’ve made all year 4 months equal 20,000 give her another paper of 1 month and a couple weeks cause I wasn’t sure I had the right documents I needed so I copied everything..she said 1 only came out to 1,400 but the statement that door dash sends to the IRS says I made 5,000 a month she said it don’t add up ..well that’s probably cause 1 is from all year and the other is a months worth so I guess u have to make 10,000 a month cause 5,000 wasn’t enough for her so I drive all the way up there for nothing ..that money I spent on gas the whole trip was money I needed for groceries that was so pointless and complete waste of my time and money but hey it didn’t cost her anything so what’s it matter right2 months agoJust bought a vehicle from this place in June. Been having issues with it ever since I have told them about the issues and they have failed to help me fix it even though there’s a warranty on it just made my payment today this morning. We will be repeat customers for sure!4 months agoThey had decent deals on used cars. Rebuilt titles. The car I picked had rear bumper damage that they had fixed. Overall, I’m happy with the car. BUT (a a big BUT here) I don’t like the way they conduct business. They told us that they had sent the car in for an alignment the day we went to buy it. Right after we bought it, as soon as we made it home, the check engine light came on. So I know for a fact they had actually taken the car in to remove the check engine light because mechanics have a tool that will remove it up to 40 or 50 miles. Thankfully, my husband knows enough about cars that he doesn’t think it’s a serious issue. I do feel like the people who own this business are a little shady for that behavior.6 months agoAli was great to work with.
