  They deserve a lower rating. I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200s. I have only had it for almost 3 months and have had to get it fixed multiple times. They also scammed me with the warranty. The warranty no longer covers my vehicle and I still pay extra for it. I’m an 18 year old who has a son and I can’t drive my son anywhere because they screwed me over. They should be shut down! Horrible people and horrible cars!

  These are good people. You never know how a car was treated before they get it. They can’t predict the future. My sister and my sister in law purchased vehicle’s here this year and they have both been great vehicle’s. We purchased a 2016 hyundai santa fe on Wednesday it test drove great while we were there. No one wants a car to break down. Not the buyer or the seller. Once you drive it off the lot it’s a risk you take when buying a used car.

  Bought a lemon. I brought up issue I felt was wrong at purchase was dumnbed down as a single sensor. Took to garage for obvious broken issue to be called a liar when I called to get the issue covered. Two plus thousand dollars later and only fifth payment and finally my permanent tag to break down on leaving lot. Looking at another 3-4thousand Dollars to fix this issue that is a connection to original problem they refuse to own to. Never ever buy a car or truck from here. Today bad go elsewhere as you’ll be in the same place you got to then in and worse . Snake oil salesman at it’s finest

  It is an excellent place to deal with when looking for a car. My son purchased a Dodge Charger RT. My dad went back and bought him a Jaguar. So if you want to be treated like family, then this is the place to go. We made both deals on the same day, and they do their best to work with each person. It was a great experience. You are treated with respect and not put on the spot for a decision right away. Also, my son got $100 for his papaw buying the Jaguar. That was awesome!!!!! I highly recommend this place for a good used vehicle.

  This is definitely the place to go if you wanted to be treated like family ,treated with respect, and get a good deal on a car. I was in a rush rush situation and desperate need of a car and I let the salesman know that exact situation. Now given that information, the salesman could have very easily taken advantage of me. But he did not. Through the whole process I did not get pushed into buying something. He took the time to tell me about the 4 vehicles that I picked out. Even told me which one would work better for my budget. Which one would not? And within an hour, I would say I narrowed it down to the one that I picked. And they made the process painless, quick, and easy. Everybody in the office, the whole staff where super friendly. I even got to meet the owner. I got to meet all were great.   I found a Tacoma online, and contacted Leonard’s Auto Mart. I live in Florida about 675 miles from there dealership. Mark helped me with all the details and many questions I had about buying a vehicle from out of state. I gave them a small deposit and they held the vehicle while I made arrangements to fly in and pick it up. Cindy prepared all the paperwork and picked us up at our hotel. The Tacoma we bought is very nice and will serve us well for many years. I would definitely buy from Leonard’s again. It was like dealing with family. Mark and Cindy are both genuine and caring.   The owner & staff were Very Honest & Patient in helping my daughter to purchase her first vehicle(Jeep), they were not pushy & try to take advantage of her because of her age. We had been to about 4 or 5 other dealerships/car lots before finding them & sadly the Sales Mgrs.(not the salesmen-they were nice) at ALL of the other places could learn something from these kind folks.
