  Months ago, I was involved in an accident and with our family down to one vehicle, it was hard to figure daily schedules around one form of transportation….. we needed to find a vehicle ASAP!   Run from this place! From the moment I started working with them it felt like something was wrong. I test drove a vehicle that Blue booked between 3000 and $4,000 with a sticker price of $8,000 that I would have paid over $11,000 for by the time everything was said and done. Understanding that that’s how buy here finance here dealerships work and desperately needing a vehicle I overlooked the obvious problem with that situation. I got into a vehicle that smelled disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all. Sticky residue on things, dog hair everywhere, and again the smell. The minute I left the lot I noticed an extremely loud howling from both front wheel bearings and clicking when turning the steering wheel. Both front wheel bearings were completely shot and I mean this thing was not safe to drive. Also the tie rod ends were junk as well. After returning I was told multiple times that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle until I continued to insist and finally was told okay yes the last guy that test drove it did say something about a noise but we thought he was just making that up so he could get into another vehicle that he wanted. As I stated I really needed a vehicle so I ended up working into the contract that these issues would get fixed but during my 7-day grace period where I would get to decide on the vehicle and return it if I chose to… I never actually got to drive the vehicle because they pushed the repair right to the end. In my opinion I believe they were trying to drag their feet to lock me in on the vehicle so that I didn’t have the ability to return it anymore. I didn’t even feel safe driving 2 miles through the city to get the car back to the lot. I ended up returning it on day 6 without having been able to drive this vehicle at all. Had I not known how bad this issue was and insisted upon it they would have sold me a vehicle that could have had both front tires lock up on the highway and seriously injure somebody. They’re by far the worst buy here finance here dealership I have ever been to. They kept telling me well you might not get the car you want the first time but you’ll get there. No way. I ended up going to another dealership in Neenah, getting a vehicle that I love, that was priced dead on Blue book value, lower miles, half the loan term, payments only slightly higher and overall less money. Don’t be fooled by their smiles and promises that they just want to see you succeed. They’re just waiting for the next sucker to walk through the door.
