a month agoI have used this car wash many a times in the past and most of the time my experience is decent. Yesterday also I went there as usual for a car wash. My the car is not washed to my satisfaction. Most of the cycles were much faster than it should me. The car is not rinsed thoroughly and the dryer blower started. Lot of soap and chemical residue remained. Also the rail which moves the car during car wash caused a bad scratch in my car’s front bumper. Stay away to save your car. My new car which I maintained very well so far got a unwanted scratch for this car Wash’s fault.11/14 update based on owner’s response to my original review: The response is misleading and trying to put the blame on the customer rather than accepting their fault. I have clearly mentioned that the scratch is caused by the iron rail which moves the car in the automated car wash. That’s why the scratch is at the bottom part of the front bumper near the tires. The attend at the entrance of the car wash was supposed to guide properly so that tire align with the rail to prevent any kind of scratch. But he was not paying any attention to his work. This has nothing to do with what type of soft cloth the car wash uses. I know very well that there was no scratch in my car before this incident. There was no manager seen onsite to complain, only few college/high school kids in red shirt.
a year agoUpdate: Just went back..same exact service I got the first time….this time the car didnt come out fully cleaned…. The wheels were not cleaned or shining like before….they were super busy…maybe they need to clean the drying brush or the other brushes because my car did not get cleaned like before…Im going to keep searching for a good car wash….My car came out looking brand new…. 4 stars because it did leave some scratches after going through the car wash…. But it wasnt too bad…. Would definitely recommend this location….. Best I been to so far…. And plus fifteen minutes of free vacuum use… Which is a huge plus
4 years agoIf you like a Quick wash…. This is the place! It can get really packed on a Hot Summer Day or Right after a Snow storm to get that salt off your Vehicle. Free Vacuum is a Plus. a month agoMy car loves this car wash. The facility is very well organized and clean. The employees are professional and courteous. The prices are what you would expect. The vacuum cleaners all have the correct attachment and they all work. To the management employees keep up the good work you’re doing a very good job. THE NUMBER ON THEIR MACHINES TAKES YOU TO A FIRM THAT IS AN ANSWERING MACHINE. YOU CALL THE NUMBER SHOWN ONLINE FOR THE BUSINESS AND NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND NOT SAFE! The car was never washed rinsed pressure washed waxed nothing9 months agoAfter giving 6 dollars for washing and 2 for vacuum, you will feel like it is not worthy. There are no clear instructions on how to operate, and the vacuum is too slow and powerless. It is better to go to some automated car wash and do the job instead of the manual work.

Bros with hats thank you cus you attempted to keep going even though ya crew was yelling at you because “we did that” when even you both saw it wasn’t. I kept it moving and am sorry to dude in hat pero, pa ya no vuelvo. I’ll wash at home for this, I had to redo anyways. I think in total about 7 people worked on my car from start to finish. Definitely worth the price and short amount of time it took from start to finish — about 10 minutes. Glad I stopped, my car looks great!! So I ended making a appointment for a new cleaning at a specialized company to now remove that product!

Very quick, but nice experience. Didn’t have time to clean our car at home while watching all of my kids during spring break. So, I was searching for a car wash that I could bring them to “experience” riding through a car wash. Needless to say, they loved it. I purchased the Blue Hen Protect ticket online and just scanned the barcode when arriving. I’m not sure how they decipher who bought what when you go through the wash, but it’s impressive (assuming I received what I paid for).
It’s nice that I was able to vacuum my interior and discard trash upon leaving, because that was very helpful. Very clean and professional car wash. I remember when they first built this, and it still looks brand new. Will definitely return, especially since my kids loved it so much.
Automatic minimal wash with lots of flashing lights but not much cleaning that did little for a truck size vehicle. No drying people and self vacuuming (weak) included in price. They seem to make most of their money selling clothes and drying accessories from a vending machine. Just wanted to get the dirt off on a sunny day but need to find another car wash to clean from the first. Not sure why it’s 4.5 stars. Quick and easy but not
effective.
This car wash is simply the best! The staff is phenomenal, especially Shawn; he goes above and beyond to provide top-not customer service! Besides living less than a mile from the car wash, it seems to well run. Building and grounds may be old, bit equipment is not. It’s the only self service car wash that I’ve seen that has towels for customers to use.
Manager takes care of any issues promptly. Membership good a t Ellton MD location as well. Open early, closes laye, even open early on Sunday.
Great way to keep the car clean year round. Monthly membership allows you to come regularly and there are lots of vacuum stations to keep the interior clean, too.
