a month agoIf you ever have had someone throw up in your car, you know the frustration that comes along with trying to find a professional to detail your car. Paulison Car Wash and Detailing was open on Sunday and ready to help me. After 2 days the smell is almost gone and virtually un-noticeable. The owner assured me it would go away and he wasn’t kidding. I really thought I would need a second detail but I am confident in their work. The owner also assured me that if for any reason the smell does not fully dissipate then I can return and they will treat the problem again. Now that is reassurance that allows me to feel at ease and happy with my decision to detail my car at Paulison car wash and detail. With all the options available out there like mobile detail I’m glad I chose Paulison, because It’s an existing concrete business you take your car to and it’s been around forever! They did a phenomenal job my car feels like new and smells great!!!5 months agoBest car wash in the area. My car was immaculate! They always get all of the kid crumbs and life dirt out of my car so I don’t have to! There are daily specials (see photo) and there is a bit of a discount for paying with cash (no card fee). I had a bunch of questionable stains all over the seats of my car and they got it out perfectly!! They left my car feeling brand new. Issac provided a thorough explanation for what he would do along with the products. He was very knowledgeable, and the service was excellent all around.

2 months agoHad some time to kill between errands and had the kids so took them to this place. Maybe I missed it. Didn’t realize it was a DIY car wash. I’ve seen where you pay to vacuum yourself. But never seen where you pay for them to wash and you dry yourself too. I can do the inside myself so it’s not that disappointing. But the outside is dumb. I pulled out of tunnel. No bins open. I finally got to the bins. No towels. Tried a diff bin wet towels. One woman finally came over and she didn’t speak English. Car had a few dirty spots. Especially the wheels and back bumper. The wheels is the part I hate doing all the little grooves. So decided to pay for someone to clean it as I just did a light detail to the outside 2 weeks ago. Overall not worth the 21 dollars I spent, with all the upgrades including items such as tire shine, which didn’t last 24 hours. Won’t be coming back. It was busy though. So maybe it’s me. If you read this through just do the basic 12 bucks. That’s prob worth it.2 months agoI have two Nissan SUV’s that I take in on a weekly basis, or when possible. Each time I have no problem with the washes. I like how simple it is to dry your own car. The Arab lady is very sweet, and I like how she makes the overall feel of the wash even better. Only downside is that most of the towels are wet , but I don’t blame her due to how many cars are coming in on a daily basis. I’m sure people will overlook that, and see that the value of the company is worth it!in the last weekI can see what some people are saying about the rims but for an automatic car wash I think it was great. This was actually my first experience with a car wash that wasn’t myself with a hose and a bucket hahaha but I decided to treat myself and my new Ford Ranger. It was pretty cool just sitting in my car and going through the tunnel. The free vacuums that you can use after is nice. Next time I’ll have to go find the glass cleaner, the edges of my windows still had some dirt but just around the edges. Overall pretty nice for my first automatic car wash experience.a month agoLove this car wash! Had a situation today where my car actually broke down in one of the vacuum station spots. We alerted the attending and had various employees coming to check on us and they even helped me get the car started again. They were so polite and easy going and it made the situation way less stressful. Thankful for having a squeaky clean car and not having to get it towed! Thanks again!2 weeks agoCar came out clean and looking great. The tire shine was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had the opportunity to speak with Tony. He was patient and answered all my questions. Would definitely go back if it wasn’t so far from me.

6 months agoVery nice place. If you are willing to put a little bit of effort on your own then this is the best place for car wash. You can get the entire car vacuumed for $2 bucks as it gives 5 minutes. And the vaccum is very powerful. And another $5 for exterior of the car. The water hose and soap are of decent quality. The token machine is right there so one don’t have to worry about change.4 months agoScam warning ⚠️ Do not use your credit card, it will be charge $10 minimum and if you don’t press the stop button will keep charging it non stop. It will be the must expensive wash of your life7 months agoThis is a very good spot to clean your car, it’s self service but it’s cheap and easy to use…I haven’t seen one of these places in NJ until now, and you can find these type of car washes in Cali. I definitely recommend it to anyone8 months agoThe card machines charge me 10 dollar and it suppose to charge me only 5 dollars. The owner is a thief this is not the first time I use the debit card and I get stolen . Call them to complain the number is not working . Im a mom of two little girls and I’ve been coming to this car wash for while now and there’s always access to free vacuums after a wash. And conveniently for me they do an awesome job clean my backseats and trunk. They did an amazing job getting out some rough dried up stains my kids caused from juices and snacks! Holy macaroni I’m at very impressed because usually I’ll pay around $200+ to get these stains out! Brayan was very helpful explaining how cheap it was and how to get the full service done. I’m very pleased and I would definitely recommend anyone to this wash especially moms. They even clean car seats!!
First time in Soaring Car wash at Elmwood Park location and it has been the best experience ever, worth the price. Customer service great, Oscar has been very helpful. machines are great, the clean very good. They also have a very clean and neat waiting area! Love that they are well organized!
Always easy and quick
I’m downgrading my rating. When I first started coming here, they were awesome. Now it seems like the machines don’t clean as good. And their car cleaning service after the wash isn’t as good. Definitely needs to pay closer attention to detail. Too many misses over a length of time to be considered a one off. Still a good place, but they need to work on ensuring cars are actually cleaned.
For example. I shouldn’t have residue, left all over my windows, hood, and doors. Interior cleanings I shouldn’t have residue left on my floors Or my mats not attached back. Or dust still everywhere like they didn’t wipe it down.
I have been a member here for a very long time. I can guarantee that it used to be a lot better and a lot More attention to detail.
The picture is just one example of what my screens and windows look like when the light hits them. It’s almost like they’re using dirty cloths
