2 months agoTried the ZOOM Auto Wash Ultimate wash today. Huge disappointment. Paid $25 to have my Jeep look more dirty then when I got there with not only most the dirt film still there but as an added bonus, streaks and splatters of chemicals all over. I’ll need a car wash to clean the car wash off my vehicle. ThanksUpdate: The manager was present and watched my vehicle go thru. Whatever was. supposed to grab my vehicle didn’t do so immediately so the two individuals that meet each vehicle before they go thru ( one brushed half my windshield while the other sprayed something down on his side) alerted the manager who then proceeded to just watch as the wash began without my vehicle. After a minute, the mechanism grabbed hold and pulled my vehicle thru with the manager following half way thru before he disappeared back from which he came. No one met me on the other side. No one checked my vehicle to ensure the quality of the service bought and paid for. No one managed the business or the experience of the customer. Start to finish the experience again was a HUGE disappointment. Also your machine is out of paper so it couldn’t even print a receipt.
3 months agoLoved all the colors and scents will be getting a membership when i go back to keep my ride looking cleaning and presentable for my customers. Management and employees are extremely friendly I recommend this wash over anya week agoAmazing the gentleman helped me out with bug stains on my car very gentle and customer service was amazing. a week agoA great place to get your car washed. They really clean it good. Every door jam ,windows, tires and wheels. Inside super clean. Looked liked I got a detail. Definitely recommend 5 stars.a year agoAvoid this place at all costs! Horribly scratched brand new truck. If I could give it zero stars I would! Read for more info.Took my brand new 2022 Chevy Silverado here to get a wash. It had never been in a cash wash before.
To start , the person putting my truck into the wash left the rear passenger door open when driving into the car wash. The car door hit a large cone with spray bottles hanging on the top and it’s impact slammed the door shut.
Next, the workmanship of ‘the works’ was terrible, they didn’t vacuum well, glass was horribly done even left the tape from the receipt on the glass that they “cleaned”.
Took the truck back home to clean the glass. I found a giant crease across the full roof of my truck with scratches in the paint down to the metal. (Pictures in the review)
I tried to go about it the right way in giving the owner a chance to make it right before posting anything publicly. He was unwilling to do anything, and said it wasn’t his responsibility. This is not how you run a business and he does not have his customers interest in mind. Take your business elsewhere!
7 months agoI hate to even get to this point because I’ve used this car wash the last four years living in Salisbury but the service and overall experience today was beyond horrible. Today 5/31/2023 I paid $43.95 for The works. That includes vacuuming, wiping doors, dash, windows, console etc. The two young men finished my car literally in 12 minutes. Everything and I mean everything in my car was still dusty and untouched with this so called foamy cleaner. I got the manager asked him to speak to them about the quality of the detail. Not only did the young men think it was funny to be reprimanded, the completed job was still minimally different from a few moments before. To spend that much money and still have to go pay someone else to clean a car as small as mine (Mazda 6) is unreasonable especially when the vehicle wasn’t that dirty to begin with. My concern should have been met with more assurance that I’d get the quality job I’m used to or they could refund me to go elsewhere. Really taken aback by this today. I don’t think I’ll will be returning with either vehicle at our household again. Sad to see a business suffer because of its lack of care from the workers.4 months agoThese young men do a wonderful job detailing your car. We don’t take our car anywhere but University Car Wash in Salisbury Maryland. The Associates are so polite and respectful.5 months agoUsually the team here does a great job for a reasonable price, but today it smells like the dipped the rags in booty juice to wash the inside of my truck. Pretty disappointed on this go around. Hopefully next time the service is back to normal and the booty juice water isn’t used. ?

7 months agoI love the fact that the bays are $8 for AS LONG AS YOU WANT to wash your car…. Absolutely no time limit… I tested it.. I intentionally kept the sprayer and brush active for an hour, spraying my rims and brakes dust tediously. Then the automatic car wash is pretty good with a dryer at the end. My go to from now on ??a month ago$8 for 30 mins l. Can’t beat that. Always a bay open, they replace hoses and the brushes frequently . Vacuums do well and they have vending machines items for detailing your vehicle.3 months agoAll Armorall products. 8$ for a half hour. I absolutely love ModAir at North Salisbury, every time I go there to get my car wash I am impressed. The cloths and the window spray they give you to use is all free and helps my chart look good. Christian who was there was very nice and professional. I’ll definitely be back
Love this place. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the tailgate of my pickup doesn’t get clean. I asked and a VERY friendly gentleman that works there explained that it was because of my hitch. Unfortunately I can’t remove it because I have a hitch stabilizer bolted on so I just end up with all of my pick up looking spotless and the tailgate not getting clean across the middle.
Sharon was awesome! She hand delivered me an air freshener to the vacuum station after I couldn’t locate them. This machine is better than the one in North Salisbury I feel like that one keeps chipping my paint. This one is softer and still effective. I like the shape of the vacuum heads here too. Can fit in narrow spaces.
The ModWash is very great! It’s like going inside a parade. It really made Dad and my step mom’s car all fresh and clean! Next time I would like to go there.
