They have plenty of signs directing each move including to vacuum for free before going through the was. The entire experience was excellent.6 months agoPlease save your money and go somewhere else. Went through the car wash and my car came out with water spots and dirty wheels . I went back to the cashier and her response was oh those water spots must’ve been there and tried to sell me a wax service. They advertise that “humans” dry the cars but in reality those humans do a terrible job. There are other washes in the area but I decided to give them a try today and will never be going back again.4 months agoExterior wash was fine. Lineup for interior cleaning wasn’t terribly long, but took an excessive amount of time to complete. Staff didn’t appear to be in any sort of hurry and were taking their sweet time. Given the unreasonable wait (and this wasn’t a detail, just a routine interior cleaning) it’s doubtful I’ll return to this place. I just wish that in addition to the outside wipe down that the door jambs could also be wiped down.5 months agoSucceeded in lightening my wallet by $25 & making the dirt on the car shiny, but that’s about the extent of it. The bugs on the front bumper didn’t even get removed. That said, the ‘cleaner’ parts of the car got a fairly nice shine and they did a decent job on the wheels. All in all considering the price and methods used, I will definitely be sticking to the do-it-yourself wash booths elsewhere.

Bin there two days and cannot vacuum my car, the owners gonna say to me both times that you have to have the app to vacuum your car or you only have to use the four vacuums that are currently working. Then he proceeds to tell me that these “ who are these people” people in the neighborhood are burning out the motors on the vacuums, so he hast to turn them off. Why am I paying $38.99 a month, I guess I am now these people, here’s my warning if you have extra 25 bucks just donate it. Do not go there with the expectation that you’re going to get a good wash & vacuum out of this facility. Stay as far away as possible you’re only going to leave angry!!!5 months agoThis is a good car wash with several good options and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of wash. When I lived in Dover my wife had a membership to the wash. On my last visit 2 of the vacuum stations weren’t working properly and I am now a member at another car wash that includes a dash wipe and air freshener with your service on every visit. It cost $3 extra at the vacuum station at Tommy’s. Overall I like the car wash and it’s quality is solid. My 4 star review is directed more towards the overall value ($) and the cost of extra items when compared to competitorsa year agoThis place overall looks great on the outside, very friendly staff, however the quality lacks A LOT! First, I wasn’t aware that Delaware or employers allowed their employees to actively smoke weed while working. We purchased the $15 wash and as the photos show, it was hardly worth it. The wash mechanism ended up bending our trucks antenna, there was so much soap still on the truck when we got to the dryers. This was totally not worth $15, I wish I could get my money back! Especially after the antenna was damaged.2 months agoCalled customer service to make sure I will not be billed after the trial offer. I explained to the rep that the carwash will not work for my truck..wash was not worth 19.99 pushed back my mirrira after being folded in and bent my window visors. This was the first time I used this place and not only was it clean and well kept but everyone here was polite. There’s plenty to purchase and things to do with your time while you’re waiting. The decor is pleasant with beautiful flowers, plants and is perfect for what they do as there are cars and car memorabilia all around including the indoor chairs which are vehicle seats! I got the mini detail, and although it was much more than a normal car wash it was worth every penny. Several people work on your car at every point of it being in the wash, dry and detailing area, they all work together as a team and get your car cleaner than it’s ever been before. I was having this car done for my son as it’s his car and I know for a fact it’s never been cleaner. I wish I could tip everyone of them $100 bucks a piece because they all deserve it. They worked hard, diligently and were very thorough. They got my door jams, in between my seats, my trunk area and everything in between. Last but not at least, IF you feel they forgot something they offer courtesy towels and cleaning products as well as a self-serve vacuum area for you to do what you may need or want to do. This is my first time here but definitely not my last as I will be returning many times over. You will not be disappointed by visiting.
About the only car wash that does your interior & does it correctly. The only car wash I use. I like the,choices of air fresheners n ashtrays, coasters for the cup holders so they don’t get wet from your cup sweating & other small items you may find useful. I always get the works & may get the tire shine as well. Always come out of there happy

I’ve been coming to Westside Car Wash for about 6 years now. Nobody else does such a fantastic job. The prices are reasonable, the service is quick but covers everything. The employees are very friendly and do an awesome job. I live about 45 minutes away but still come every time I’m in town! Well worth it.
