in the last weekThe #1 reason I chose this place was convenience, since I work, not even a 1/2mile away Mon-Sat. But also because it doesn’t require my rims to get messed up anymore than they already have from previous car washes that run on tracks. I adore the staff. They’re all very friendly & accommodating; ESPECIALLY, CH/SH-ERYL? (Sorry, ha) & FRANK. It’s cool too because I don’t have to sit at a screen & just waste a whole 5-10min. I love that I can just pull up, stop, to let it scan my license plate & the gate opens & I can go right on through.The only tiny thing I can speak on is since I usually do a wash every other day on my way into work. Which by the way, it’s never busy there before 10AM, so I’m in & out within 5min! BUT! My rims & the tire shine don’t do the best job always..because mine are black so it’s not as visible but I still have to clean them after I leave sometimes..

2 months agoThey generally do good job. I’ve been to this car wash many times. However, I’m disappointed that they scratched the screen of the infotainment system on my brand new 24MY car. I’m sad that they use same towels regardless of cleaning inside/outside.a month agoMy mom needed her car washed before a big trip and so went to two different local car washes before this one where we pulled in and left because they looked awful!…Then, we found this place!…To begin, the cashier who rang us up was soooo friendly & the guys who hand cleaned & vacuumed the car before & after the car wash were so thorough! Very pleased. Highly recommend over other local car washes. Also, this place is very clean & they have lovely unique gifts while you wait AND complimentary Starbucks desserts & coffee! Superb Experience!3 weeks agoI love this car wash and regularly go there. But i had a car detailed there and was very disappointed. I pointed out multiple dirt marks so he could clean them and saw more when I got home. Same situation inside. They missed so many areas. Will never use that service again. Ironically there was no attention to ‘Detail’ in their detailing.2 weeks agoDid a decent job on my car but the receptionist was a biatch. I had a free wash coming to me after 10 punches/stamps on my card and she told me the next wash was free. She counted the punches not the stamps. When I brought this to her attention she was less than apologetic, acting like I was trying to pull a fast one. I won’t be back. Try treating your customers, which quite frankly are paying top dollar for a car wash, with a bit of kindness. Customer service flew out the window here.5 months agoDid you guys close permanently? I pulled in and the whole place is shut down. 3pm on Monday. Should be open?? at least a dozen other cars pulled in and turned around and left as well. Bummer I did like it here.

5 months agoUsed to go here and they wouldn’t leave a spec in my car. Went today and they didn’t do such a good job. The exterior was fine, but the interior not so much. The workers are nice, but the quality of their work has declined over the years. Would not recommend. I would, however recommend RegentsAuto, they are a new business and are very professional thorough with their cleaning. Check out their instagram for the jobs they have done. I had to get them to vacuum my 3rd row floor and door jams that had sand every where. They didn’t even remove carpet to clean underneath. I used to say this was the best car wash in town but now I’m starting to think otherwise.2 months agoI got the $49 dollar clean. After my car smelled like vomit. I had to be somewhere so I got a car freshner and opened all the windows all day. When I got home, the smell was still really bad. I went back to this place and tried to explain the experience to the cashier. Suddenly, he started yelling at me, telling me if I have a problem to call the police. I explained I was coming back to them to see if they could do something so it didn’t smell or at the very least reimburse me. Essentially the cops came and when I explained what happened, the guy cashier just started laughing uncontrollably. It was a very odd experience. GOOD LUCK if you choose to go here. If anything happens, they just make you call the cops and the cops can’t really do anything. I SERIOUSLY ADVISE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

My only concern is when I get my Nissan NV washed the rear doors most often never get cleaned, I will usually have to have them cleaned manually. I suggest that the vehicles be manually sprayed in the tunnel prior to the computerized wash.
