7 months agoMediocre at best. I paid $35 for the full service only to drive away completely disappointed. The service is rushed and lacks attention to basic details. Lesson learned, never again ?6 years agoThis is my 4th and last time coming here. I got a great deal on Groupon, but I can’t see myself spending 28$ for a carwash from here.I am very dissatisfied on the level of customer service That i received at Pirates Car wash. This is my fourth time at at this location and everytime i visit, the same treatment happens alll the time. My car was clean on the outside but not the same on inside, it wasn’t busy on the two times i visited. I’m not sure if they give special treatment to certain customers but i differently notice fellow customers complained about the improper service they received. I had to ask them three times to re-clean my interior. For someone to purchase a $20+ A service, car wash I expect my interior to be clean. Customer service at this location is unacceptable and there is no quality check being done to ensure a through service.
More supervision have to be done, my car was not wiped after car wash, also i had to ask them twice to re-clean my car inside and outside. a lot of customers was also displeased at this location. I will not come back to this location again and will visit the car wash a bit further down ‘Seabrook carwash’.
2 years agoUpdate 12/28/22 This place is the worse. They close when ever they dont want to work I guess. Severval days out of the month like 10:45 this morning they are closed with a recording due to inclement wether, mind you its 60 degrees outside. Ridiculous I had to go to Touchless pay almost what I pay per month for a 1time car wash. I will not renew this service. would not recommend it at all Older Review below They can’t handle being busy. I have their monthly unlimited car wash its $20 less than Touchless carwash but less is what you get. This is my car after leaving, when I calles and reported the poor service, I was told bring it back tomorrow we will clean for you, ah you think I PAY FOR UNLIMITED SIR.11 months agoI’ve been going for years. I pay 45 monthly. The past few months the service hasn’t been good, they are always short staff, so it takes about 40 mi, just for a carwash. Also, because they are rushing, they don’t do a good job. The front of the car is NEVER wiped I always have to ask. Also, they don’t wipe down the console. I plan to cancel my service.a year agoI usually enjoy the service here, but I see that on busy days they can be a bit careless. They send so many cars through the wash without time in between; I almost hit the car in front of me and the car behind me actually did hit me. The damage was pretty minor, but it’s dangerous considering the exit is on a hill. Considering not coming again

6 months agoI’ve been using this car wash for more years than I want to admit. Easy, drive through wash. You can also use the spray your own bays. There are plentiful vacuums, and vending machines if you want the inside clean as well. Nice guys will even wash your wheels before you go into the auto wash, and they always appreciate a small tip. 3 weeks agoI have used a lot of different car washes over the years and I have to say this is by far my favorite. It’s clean, convenient, priced right and the equipment is always working. The staff is friendly and professional and I also find it easy to get in and out of the facility itself and most importantly, it does a great job at cleaning my vehicle. The do-it-yourself spots where you vacuum and wipe down your vehicle are always well maintained and clean. Definitely my favorite car wash! Today I went to the shop to get my car wash Which came with the wheel clean. I drove down the street to go through the grocery store to pick up some food and notice this atrocious wheel cleaning. I would never recommend this place to get your car clean and of you do decide to get it cleaned, please inspect your rim cleaning, because there is zero attention to detail in this part of the cleaning process
I’ve been getting my car detailed here for years. I took it today for an interior detailing, paid $255, and they neglected to do simple things like wipe down the rear view mirror and interior windows and windshield. My car was definitely very dirty so I didn’t mind paying but I was expecting a clean car.
Fantastic job overall! For quick wash they are on point especially for the price.
For their detailing services, Steve pays very close attention to everything, very fair pricing. Been coming here for 25 years, and I don’t forsee that changing.
My second time taking my car thru the wash…I heard good things about this place…and I don’t like the heavy brushes at most washes…. they were very careful with my car and the detailing work I can still see the shine 2 weeks later !!!!!! Great customer service ?
The best car wash in Gambrills/Crofton area. I get my vehicles cleaned here all the time. They spend time on your vehicle and make sure its done right. Management is attentive and responsive and makes sure their customers are happy with the finished product.
