  They popped my wheel. I took my car, with my wheel in good condition. When I came out for them to dry it off, it was without air. I told them and they didn’t believe me but when they reviewed the cameras they saw that my wheel was with air when I got there. They didn’t even apologize and said it was not their fault. They changed the wheel for me, but they didn’t even have the audacity to apologize or give me my money back for the car wash. The people are rude, and all the employees are disrespectful. They just kept walking by and laughing like it’s a joke. Its bad enough that they dont do a good job, but to be rude like that, its not right at all. NEVER GOING BACK AND DEFINETLY NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.

  I recently had the misfortune of visiting Team Car Wash, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From start to finish, everything about this car wash was subpar and unsatisfactory.

  Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any form of professionalism. They were unhelpful, providing no information about the services or packages available. It felt like they just wanted to get through the day without putting in any effort to make customers feel valued.

  Moving on to the car wash itself, the quality of their work was appalling. I opted for their top-tier package, expecting a thorough and meticulous cleaning. However, I was greeted with disappointment. My car still had dirt and grime in several places, especially on the rims and in hard-to-reach areas. It was evident that they had rushed through the process, leaving behind visible streaks and water spots on the windows and body of the car. I could have achieved a better result by washing my car at home.

  To make matters worse, the prices at Team Car Wash were exorbitant for the poor quality of service provided. I expected a premium experience for the amount I paid, but what I received was far from it. The value for money was simply not there.

  Don’t recommend it. They don’t dry the car well, and they pop people’s tires and don’t even provide helpful support for it. The workers drive the car inside without care and drive it out likes its nothing.

  This establishment has always been on another planet when it comes to car wash experiences. The wash itself is stellar, top of the line machines, and a tire/rim scrub bar that really gets into all the rim crevices. The brushes are all paint finish safe, and still scrubs off hard bird droppings with ease. But once that machine is done, it’s the team outside that really shines. Multiple teams of people in charge of certain parts of the car, so they weave in and out of cars at their own pace while ensuring the piece or section they’re in charge of is done correctly. I can only assume their supervisor holds them accountable with great leadership skills, as not one person looks rushed or worried, they truly enjoy working for this company. The door jams, sidebars, windows, mirrors are all done at a high level of expectation, and the car comes out like brand new. The interior is done, not a spec of dust anywhere, and they even get into my cup holders… all 6 of them. As a pharmacy manager and retail leader in my company for over 31 years, I am truly impressed that the engagement in this establishment shines through all it’s team members in such a fashion. Kudos to all of you! Thanks so much!

  I am a long-time customer and almost daily visitor to their facility. I am also a monthly pass holder, of their Premium Package Option. The entire staff there is extremely friendly and provide a very high level of service. Judging from the number of cars that regularly frequent this business, I can only assume that many other individuals share my exact sentiment. Accordingly, I get a tremendous amount of value for the price of my monthly package. Based on my experience, if anyone would ever post a rating, that would be anything but complimentary, it would be nothing more than a fabrication and a total and complete lie.   I recently visited trax car wash in my neighborhood with high hopes of getting my vehicle cleaned and looking fresh. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite, leaving me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the lackluster service and high prices offered by this establishment.

  First and foremost, the quality of the car wash left much to be desired. Despite paying a premium price for their services, my vehicle was far from spotless. There were noticeable streaks and missed spots all over the exterior, making it evident that the job was done in haste and without attention to detail. Even after pointing out these issues to the staff, they seemed disinterested and made no effort to rectify the situation.

It was clear that they were trying to capitalize on their convenient location and the lack of competition in the area.   I go to this place often to get my car washed. However, overtime I have seen the crew members change. Not a lot of effort is put into washing the car for the price you pay. I paid $30 at a car wash that offers both exterior and interior cleaning. Vacuuming my car for 2 seconds is not interior cleaning. Not spraying my mats down at all is also not interior cleaning. If washing is done by the machines and the interior cleaning and exterior drying is done by manual labor work why am I paying 30 bucks if half of it’s not even done?.

  They are great here! I was in touch with the manager and he was so kind, allowing me to customize the job I needed done. They cleaned the interior of my car thoroughly and very fast! I noticed one part that wasn’t vacuumed- I told the manager and he immediately fixed it! Awesome service! Great price also:)

  My original car mats were lost during the car wash process. The staff refused to accept the fact and did not agree to help. They did show the CCTV footage but that doesn’t cover the whole premises and also we did not sit and watch the whole 30-45 mins of footage. I am not blaming them for taking the mats. I believe it must have been misplaced or something but they refused to consider my request. The owner Mike responded very rudely over the email when I requested further investigation. Would never go back to them and also don’t recommend this to anyone else. There are tons of other places with nicer people.
