a month agoWorst service ever. Shopped in H&M Malmø. Only self check out. Rude staff who did not want to help. Poor quality. Asked staff for help without getting it. Staff informed about holes and makeup on the clothes. Staff just put it right back on the racks. Ended up shopping in the small shops with much more personality and kind helpfull staff.4 months agoSelf checkout wasn’t entirely efficient when u still have to get the staff’s attention to retrieve discounts which are already in your app. ??♀️ staff weren’t around or available to assist, so it took a muuuccchh longer time to make payments as it should. It’s a really big HM ,a little hectic and messy and quite unorganized but that’s largely due to the amount of customers as it’s on a very busy Street. Friendly staff at check out and I found my size and good prices.
This is a wonderful store in the heart of the city and you can find any kind of items here. One thing you can find a bit weird is that you can find both shorts and coats at the same time as usually stores sell according to the weather and the weather conditions is so changeable in Sweden

Quality is good. Prices are affordable.
The sales sections are not so big and not much in price reduction compared to other shops
The Fall line is chic and feminine (for you ladies). I love the non-ambiguous definitions in this year’s designs.
Self check is the best addition ever – skip the long line of shoppers and dance out with good fashion.
I always buy children’s clothing, underwear, tights, and school attire at this store. The quality is good, and the prices are reasonable. Perfect for daycare and school outfits.
