a year agoReally good store but very unfriendly cashier’s complaining I should pay each item to different cashier’s. Why in earth kids, women’s and men’s depts are all big area if you can’t use cashier from any dept.when you are buying from all of them? Crazy to queue many times in different departments and rude, never heard this before at H&M until today at Kolding.3 years agoThis is a review for all you boys out there who are only in the store because your female friends want to try a lot of clothes before buying some: there are no waiting benches outside the changing room areas, which means you have to be prepared for standing around for at least 30 minutes. I recommend bringing a shopping cart with you to lean up against. Alternatively, there is a square pillar near the changing room entrance that is also sufficient.4 years agoThis H&M seems to be better equipped than many others! Very kind staff – wonderful service. a month agoToday I visited the store first time. I liked the Store but my experience was trumatic. One of sales assistant was very rude. I asked something from her but first she did not bother to stop to listen to me, just kept walking. when I repeated my question she suddenly stopped me by the jesture of hand ✋and just said two words ” a little bit” I was more than one feet away from her. If she had any problem with me at least she could haved said “please”.Or Maybe she is simply a recist. H&M should teach her some manners. My go-to H&M store in town. People are nice and friendly. Sometimes its super crowded but most of the time there are enough trial rooms. Overall they have wide H&M collection and the store is easily accessible too.
I was looking for an item for my wife in a larger size than on the rack. The system said that there were two mediums in store. Two younger staff members at different times were completely unhelpful. They said that they don’t know where in the two storey building they could be and told me to look myself. I was quite taken back. They also told me to look in the ladies change rooms, which would not be appropriate for a male. I asked a more experienced staff member who was extremely helpful and I ended up taking an alternative item. Her professionalism saved the day. I will return there in future.
I had to buy a pair of pants today. I was in a bit of a rush and annoyed that I had to go through the whole store as clothes are just all around without a system.
But I went to the cash register to ask about a specific one in a specific size and met a very kind, patient and helpful employee. She advised me where I could get it close by even if they didn’t carry that size. Her attitude was just so calm and helpful in an honest way that I left in a good mood and will feel much better about coming back again next time.
The Euro prices do not correspond to the DKK… Payed 19,95 euros instead of 14,99 and payed 6,69 euros instead of 4,99 euros… Everything is more expensive in Denmark
