a month agoTHIS CAR WASH WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER! I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life. The website clearly states that the Platinum Ceramic wash is $49.99, but when I arrived, they tried to charge me an extra $2 for an “SUV charge” and an undisclosed amount in taxes, bringing the total to a whopping $61.18! I was so furious that I ended up giving them a $5 tip, which I now deeply regret. To make matters worse, upon inspecting my car after I left, I discovered not 1 not 2 but MULTIPLE SCRATCHES! I’m convinced that they have rocks or pebbles embedded in their micro-fiber cloths, which is what caused the scratches. I confronted the worker about it, but he just shrugged me off and didn’t do anything about it. And if that wasn’t bad enough, they missed entire areas of my car when washing it! Just look at the pictures below! I’m appalled by their shoddy work. But the most infuriating part of the whole experience is that Google don’t allow you to leave a zero-star review on here! I’m warning everyone to stay away from this car wash! YOU’RE PAYING TO GET SCRATCHES!2 weeks agoHorrible service! Went in for a VIP, but they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have enough people which is fine, so I proceed to get the next best which was the one below VIP. Apparently the picture I provided shows that “they did vacuum”. The machine to clean the top of the car didn’t even work. I complained to the front desk lady. The lady told me to make a complaint to the people that handled the service, I made a complaint to them and they told to tell the front desk lady, I go back to the front desk, then I was told to speak to the manager, I showed the manager the picture and he says he “couldn’t figure out” how to move the seat forward which makes no sense because it’s the same way you move the other seats. Management apologized and gave me a free car wash. Never again will I bring my business here.2 months agoThis is the worst car wash. Came here to wash my suv the brake dust from the rims were still there after they finish. I will never return or recommend to wash their vehicle at this establishment. This was a full service they did not even clean wipe the windows or armor all the tires.8 months agoCame today for the first time. Got the VIP wash for $62. I have a convertible and the inside gets dusty and dirty easier than non-convertibles. The VIP wash definitely missed a few spots (~ three), but overall I’d say I am pleased with my first service here. My car feels clean and shiny again.in the last weekFirst and last time coming here. I was in the area so I thought I’d get a quick wash. Paid $60 and car still had missed spots and I had to get the towel to clean it myself. The guys were rude and tried to rush you off. Don’t recommend. Also it’s not a hand car wash as the signs show.

5 months agoI wasn’t looking for a car wash but I was in the neighborhood so why not? Kind of regret it. Paid $10 more (tip included) for “The Best” but got minimal service. I most anklet said yes to the extra service if having my car mats cleaned (of course that was my fault but never again) but they could have said something ?. My fault for rushing out of the heat. But anyway I give it a four because my car is cleaner than how I brought it in. So thanks for that2 months agoThe best place to get a car wash. Best time to come is after 7pm but before 7am. That’s when you pay the least for their best car wash. Cash only during those hours. And tip the workers, they work very hard and it’s part of their salary. Don’t come here never came back.3 months agoThis car wash is the absolute worst! The only reason why I go there is because they are 24 hours. They don’t dry the car off well, they don’t vacuum the car out well, and my mats are never button back down, which can be hazardous when driving if the mat is slipping. I bought a package a prepaid package for the best and my tires weren’t done today nor was my car dried after I stood there and watch them for six minutes do other cars after they came out and mine . Do not waste your time if you don’t need it after hours or find another 24 hour car wash like I will.3 months agoI only do exterior car wash here. For a SUV, with tax comes, out to $18 for exterior only car wash. Gets the job done but it on the pricier side. They accept card card here if you come from 7 am to 7 pm. You leave your car and enter to pay but you are able to see your car as it progresses through the car wash. They also have bathrooms inside.

2 months agoI’ve been going to this car wash for years on and off, my car wasn’t vacuumed and cleaned properly I pointed it out to one of the personl that was cleaning my car and was asked to go back in line and redo it. The line was long at this point in time so I just left. This is after being cleaned. On a positive note my tires were shiny from the armor all.9 months agoDon’t know how its possible, but the interior of my car came back dirtier than when I brought it in lol. Exterior wash was fine, nothing crazy but it doesn’t even look like they touched the interior with a vacuum at all. For a package called “The Best” it seems like the machines cleaned the outside and they just stepped inside the car with no vacuum and left more debris.5 months agoI never have written a review before because I didn’t think it would ever be necessary. But I went out of my way just to warn everyone to NOT COME HERE. The workers are very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. They got glue all over my car and ruined my paint, I let them know that and they started going crazy cursing me out. Good 24-hour car wash that has both hand wash and automated wash options. The hand wash option at 3rd tier was about $26 and change inclusive of tax (but excluding tips). They did a decent job vacuuming the inside of the car and dusting off the mats. Everything is pretty rushed by the crew since they’re churning out car after car and the line can get pretty long, especially on a sunny day on the weekends. The store inside sells all your standard car care equipment etc.
My car had some white paint specks that were picked up from the road but the wash wasn’t able to get them out and unfortunately their detailing crew wasn’t able to even attempt the job either after I discussed with them. I’ll need to bring my car to a detailing shop with better on-site capabilities to handle any non-standard cleaning jobs.
I have been a frequent here for the past few years, and sad to say the quality of the car wash here has been going downhill. Went in for an “extreme” wash yesterday, and the car came out no better than a machine wash. The guy that worked there missed multiple spots on the car (obvious ones), and the mid-aged Spanish dude has such an attitude.
This isn’t the first time that I’ve come here for a hand car wash and left with a dirty car. Decided to give them one more try. These are pictures taken AFTER a HAND car wash. I asked them for a rag to start cleaning it myself and eventually gave up once I started making my way around the car and looking at the amount of spots that were untouched. Waste of money and time. Never again.

They use good products, but the guys that hand wash the cars don’t have any knowledge about car detailing, I did observe one of the guys that was drying my car step on the microfiber towel and after continuing using it on my car.Lately they are getting worse and worse. After they finished I found so many dirty spots on my car, it’s a waste of money because after I have to clean my car.
