Today I got an oil change and relaxed in the waiting area while it was hot outside.a year agoIf you want your car washed properly then don’t come here. Spoke to manager to have the car go through again and was told that it needs detailing. So I asked, why his staffed wouldn’t advise me the customer that car wash wouldn’t remove everything. His response,… its common sense you should know. Then proceeds to say, if this was his car he would be happy with the results as it took alot but not all.In the end, I paid for a service that wasn’t fully performed. Manager didn’t even try to resolve the issue. He would rather lose business instead of trying to solve issue. Didn’t even offer to try and sell me on a car detailing or a discount to try and resolve it. While getting more business and making the customer happy.
Manager with no skill set in negotiating a mutual resolution. Oh well they don’t need the business until they do. Four oil changes and at least Six car washes lost per year simply because Manager wanted to show who’s boss.
I’m sure owners would love to know that a $5 resolution cost them $600+ a year.
11 months agoOne of the best Hand wash. The ladies at the end do a great job drying it. Which is the most important part of a car wash. No complaints. All good stuff.4 years agoThis place it’s really bad. The prices are high and the service it’s bad. They even STOLE from me a Meguiars interior shine bottle that I had on my car. I notice it wasn’t there after I left and drove to the airport. SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PLACE TO SEE IF YOU STILL GOT EVERYTHING. WILL NEVER GO BACK3 years agoOil Change with a drop of oil in the tank! No oil replaced in the car! Car was slipping gears! Had to pull over to the nearest store to buy 3 bottles of oil to dump in it because the stick was barely wet. Last spring I agreed to their suggestion to have all three differential oils changed. By summer then entire differential shaft was destroyed. Car sounded as if it was dragged by a train! My mechanic said that it’s oil tank was dry. I had to pay $1,200 to replace the entire differential shaft. And… it took 3; weeks to await the part’s arrival & labor. The origin of fault & cause wasn’t clear, until this incident 1•4•20 when the car wasn’t driving right. Obviously the guy didn’t fill it with oil and he left the cap loose. If it leaked out or he didn’t fill it for meaness, Zap is at fault for this. The car was driving fine before this. To be clear: THE MANAGERS HAD NOTHING to DO WITH THIS. It was the guy in the middle lower level. It is clear to me now that he did that intentionally. DO NOT HAVE LUBE WORK DONE AT THIS PLACE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR !!!!!!

I will say the prices are not for people that are trying to save a buck. I wanted to post this exterior detail job they did and motor cleaning they also did a interior shampoo but I didn’t take pictures completely forgot hope this helps othersa month agoThey lost a customer. The way they talk to a customer that’s why I didn’t go to do the oil the charging too much last week the girl told me $32. And I called the other they tried to charge me $50 and up. So I hanged up the I went to a different location they charged me $32. And they treated me nicely over on the phone and I went to that this company failed to I won’t commit nobody to go to a snotty place like.5 months agoI guess the hustle never stops here. Prior to getting my car washed, the guy that was writing up my ticket on order M163766 told me that it would be extra to scrub my tires and that the extra amount was to be given to him as a tip. It was supposed to be included for what I paid for which was $26.65. I reported him to the manager who said that it was the second time today that this was being reported, and that he did the same thing yesterday. People running a side business on your business should not be tolerated. The owners here need to do better.a month agoThis car wash sucks. It’s $35 in the trash. The car comes out dirty and the people that dry don’t even dry it correctly and have an attitude if you ask them to dry your car.

My mother went there yesterday for a Car wash. And one of the employees business crashed into the sign and totaled her car.
Cherry topper, by the time the cops arrived the employee had left the scene and gone home as per the manager. Even though when I was on the phone with the manager at that time since my mother called me, I requested him for the employee to stay at the scene. And the manager decided to get loud with me and not tell him how to do his job, then proceeded to hang up the phone on me.
So the manager has employees that can’t drive a car into the car wash, manager didn’t keep his employee at the scene of an accident and manager doesn’t have any address or contact information of the employee.
But I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job, or maybe he shouldn’t be the manager.
I took my new car to this car
Wash, by the time it came out the other end, it had deep scratches on the side.
The next car came out behind my car car had the same scratches in the same location. Told the manager about it and he got in his car and drove off..

I’ve come here a few times, it’s been hit or miss with how good they clean my car. I wouldn’t even go out of my way to write a review but this clearly shows how they just take your money and push you thru the line.. check these pictures of the results after an interior clean of my car lol. I can’t make this up smh. Lost customer for sure !
car wash always terrible. they wash in a hurry, they finish the complete wash in minutes and it looks horrible. I’m looking for another car wash in the city because it’s not the first time I’ve been here and every time is horrible
Very unprofessional rude employees.
Manager is useless doesn’t speak english can’t even direct a proper conversation in how to address a manner.
Scratched my car and had the audacity to tell me my car was in that condition when I arrived.
Lost your self a customer useless is short in what I have to say for this business.
Make sure you USE your free car wash in less than 30 days because the employees won’t tell you that. They state you can use the free car wash when ever you want. Then if your a day over they won’t do nothing for you.
ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
