2 months agoI had a wonderful experience here! It wasn’t too busy and i definitely got what I paid for. I got the Gold wash and it washed my car very well. The staff were kind and generous. Will definitely come again!a week agoAbsolutely the worst car wash ever! Tried to overcharge me for SUV. They don’t know how to clean floor mats or vacuum. Did not clean dash. Used same cloth to dry outside & then clean windows inside. Entire exit waiting area covered in oil – dirty and unsafe. Had to ask for paper floor liner so I wouldn’t track oil. Didn’t clean back of vehicle outside. Either there’s no manager or owner doesn’t care. Very overpriced, inefficient, unsafe environment, and poor service. 5 months agoI stopped here randomly one day on my way to Baltimore and I was impressed! I park under a tree so my car had a lot of gunk on it. The attendant at this car wash scrubbed my car to make sure everything would come off during the automatic wash. My car came out so great that I brought a friend’s parents car to get their car washed here. You can see in the photos how all the gunk is gone! I wish I lived closer so I could use them more often.a month agoConfused at first on how to activate the different sprayers and brushes for the self car wash, Worked well, once I figured it out! Appreciate the tall bays to wash my full-size van. For my smaller car, I use the automated car wash. Not always a perfect wash, but if you point out an area, they will redo that section.4 months agoThe heavy set young man that was working needs someone to check his attitude. He screamed at the top of his lungs, very aggressively might I add, to stop the car. This was at the beginning of the car wash where they just spray your car down. We were stopping. Any sane human knows how to go through a car wash. Whatever he is going through he needs to leave it at home before he comes to work. It’s scary for a young woman to literally be yelled at by a much bigger man. Seek help fr4 years agoI have washed my car by hands several times at this shop, and it was very satisfying experience. However, when I tried auto wash two days ago, I disappointed about no dry function was included. That was fine, but I checked my vehicle once I stopped by gas station, I was shocked because there were several major paint damage on my car. I swear that there was no any impact before and after car wash. I emailed them, and they said those damaged might be caused when I got rid of snows before. If so, I surely recognized those damages, and I didn’t even need to contact them about damages. I attached several photos. I hope you guys avoid this place. I just wanted a quick wash. After paying $14 for NOTHING, I spent 10 minutes on the phone TRYING to communicate with an ESL person – she ultimately disconnected the call and each time I called back, my call was sent to voicemail. I’ll definitely be calling the BBB to file a complaint AND Immigration! So here I sit disappointed, looking for ANOTHER car wash location and waiting to dispute the charge with my bank. Save yourself the hassle FIND A DIFFERENT car wash!
Used to be a good place! I bring my car fairly clean always even so They do not vacuum well at all! The ladies that clean inside the car need to be fired and replaced by people who actually clean. I stood right in front of her while she only cleaned the front portion of my car and NOT the back. The seats were clearly sticky and they never clean my seats and this is me getting there best package! Do not recommend.
Terrible experience. No organization in my face they skipped me multiple times. When we confirmed times with the receipt I was behind someone who’s receipt was 20 minutes after mine. Romero has customer experience and instead of rectifying it started to argue b
They are very bad service. I paid for something good. And it’s was bad and the guy when to take the ticket from my truck and they stop vacuum very bad inside cleaning very bad . I don’t recommend the place make money and no good service at all. I see there are discrimination too. This place never go again they treat the worker bad too so no don’t go there .
Worst experience at this wash. Went there in my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee & I was told they can’t was my Jeep because of some type of incidents 7 to 8 years ago with Jeep Grand Cherokee. Never heard this before. Needless to I will never go there again or recommend someone to this wash.
