Don’t go here7 months agoI used to come here all the time as a kid and come back whenever I’m in town, but unfortunately the quality has really gone down. The wash is fine, for the price. You get a nice sparkle and shine at first glance, but then when you really start to look you’ll see the streaks on the car and brake dust still in the wheels. I wouldn’t recommend the interior detailing because it lacks exactly that, the details. You’re better off just using the free vacuums (which is nice) and wiping down the car yourself. They do an ok job but then when you really start to look you see all the things that didn’t get cleaned like cup holders, dash, steering wheel, etc. I found streaks and water stains on the inside of the windows, fibers from the towels they use, and again, just no attention to detail. Would recommend if you need a quick clean, but that’s about it.4 months agoIt is not “TOUCH LESS” touch less is just a name. By the moment I noticed it is not, I was already in the tunnel. Your car will be scratched up just like other regular tunnel car wash and worst wash result than any other. I have immediately cancelled my membership and won’t return again.

a month agoThis car wash is the type that locks your tire in place to push the car thru the wash. The person directing me into the was not paying attention and cracked my tire cover on the equipment. He then proceeded to pound it back in place with his hand. When I asked him about it- he said “it’s okay”. Well first corner I took after the wash the cover flipped off. So my wash just cost me $100+ more for replacement tire covers (can’t buy 1). NOT WORTH IT!!3 months agoYou drive the car through yourself which some people will prefer. They don’t vacuum the interior or clean the interior windows. My wheels are still dirty and the tire shine is sparse. There are lots of water spots. The employee at the check in was very nice.in the last weekHi. I got my car washed there last Friday, but unfortunately it scratched the paint pretty bad in several places, even through to the metal. I could post pictures if that would be helpful. I think maybe the brushes should be checked. Since I will have to pay to have it repainted, what can you do to help fix this problem? Sorry, but I will probably never get a mechanical wash again, so a free mechanical wash would not be helpful. Also, I posted this question on Saturday, but no one responded. Thanks for your support.a month agoI paid for Deluxe treatment, but got Disgusting results!! $22 for a lousy wash, streaky windows and dirty wheel wells. The interior was not vacuumed, windows not cleaned and seats and dashboard not conditioned.A gas station car wash would have done a better job. Once a loyal customer pleased with my purchase, I am now disgruntled, angry, and still in need of a car cleaning.

a year agoThe quality of service is sub par to say the least. For $39 I would expect my car to be properly vacuumed and wiped down. When my car was “finished” I notice dirt on the back seat and the center console hadn’t even been touched. I asked the ladies to re wipe and they basically flopped their dirty rags around spreading even more dirt and dust. I left frustrated but returned shortly after to speak to a manager. They “re cleaned” my car which was nice but still didn’t touch the center console. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again!

Only regret I have is not taking pictures before my detailing. My car hasn’t seen a wash since the day I got it over a year ago. It has one of those paint colors you can’t really notice dirt on, or so I thought. My main concern was my interior which they did amazing at. Not one speck of dirt. They left my exterior with a shine I haven’t seen since the day I bought it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be coming here from now on.
I recently received a full interior and exterior detail on my 2016 Silverado. It had not been washed in years and primarily used as a work truck. Gabe and his team were able to get my truck looking essentially brand new. I am very happy with the customer service and the final result. I highly recommend love my car for your next detail, and I will be back.

Update: Unfortunately I just check some of my car area and got really upset. I choose the 70$ super clean package but, my carpet and door console wasn’t clean properly.

Since then, I’ve been a loyal customer, and Gabe, the manager, is not only super awesome but a man of his word, making, “Love My Car” car Wash a true 5-star establishment that earns my respect.
I’ve been here a few times for the full-service wash, and have been happy with the results. Today was the first time I came in for a full detail, and it was absolutely worth every cent. It’s like a new car, inside and out. Not something you’d necessarily want to do on a regular basis, but if your car needs some serious love, this is where to bring it.
