a month agoBeen going here for years. I live in Jersey now and still go out my way to come here and get my vehicles properly cleaned And they gave my brand new truck her first car wash?. That tells you enough about this business☺️2 weeks agoI requested the exterior wash with added wheel shine and spray wax. I was not happy with their service. They use a water hose to wet your car quickly and then apply soap using rags. This method will leave circular scratches on your clear coat. Your workers missed many spots that were dirty like the hood and trunk areas. They don’t even use a blower to push out the water from your wheel rims or doors. I paid to have spray wax applied and the cars surface did not feel like any spray wax was applied. I paid $29 for this terrible service and will never bring my vehicle there again.4 years agoThis place has a neighborhood feeling. The owner or manager seems to know his return customers and is friendly with them. For the amount of time that they spend on your car of the price is reasonable but not cheap. The exterior is done well, They have many packages to pick from as far as detailing goes. I would have given them a 5 star but Fate were not as attentive as I would have like on the dashboard detailing And mats.a year agoThis was my first time using this car wash. Got a new car, so I thought I’d try a hand wash this time around. I was excited and had high expectations.The prices are higher than the average car wash ($20 for an exterior wash for an SUV) but I figured it would be worth it. There were 5 cars ahead of me but the guys moved the line along very quickly.
I wasn’t sure if I should stay in the car or not, so I started to ask one of the guys, and he cut me off and pointed to the board and said “prices are on the board.” I again started to ask if I should get out of the car, but he ignored me and went back to cleaning. Maybe he doesn’t speak English, but he could at least have gotten someone else to answer my question. The next guy who wrote up my ticket was very nice and answered my question. The car got washed and then I drove to the area where they dry.
Again, had no idea what to do, so I tried to get a worker’s attention to find out where to pay. Another customer told me to go inside. Inside, there are a variety of guys ‘hanging out’. One was smoking a Jul. It’s very small and no one is wearing a mask. It doesn’t phase me because this is Staten island ?, but it’s good for a potential customer to know if that’s important to them. The owner (I’m assuming) is behind the counter with a young boy (his son?). Owner doesn’t say a word, but his son is a total sweetheart and takes my cash. He’s polite and pleasant, very nice to deal with. He was the best part of this experience.
I went outside and one of the workers gave me the thumbs up. I assumed that meant I was done. No thank you, just a thumbs up.
I left the car wash and pulled into the convenience store next to them to get milk. That’s when I saw how bad the actual wash was. There was still salt all over my car and the back doesn’t look washed at all. I probably could have done a better job myself with dish soap and a rag. Sadly, it was a complete disappointment, and a total waste of time and money.
Response to owner response: it “seams” amazing to me that instead of apologizing for a bad experience and inviting your customer to give you another try, that you’d go on the defensive. A simple ‘I’m sorry, we failed this time’ would have gone a long way. But yes, let’s find excuses and make it the customer’s fault instead of yours. ???? I didn’t come back because I knew it would be a hassle. Judging from your response I was right. Eventually, long lines get shorter when the service is this bad.

3 years agoThis place is brilliant. They do a great job at providing an exterior car wash for such a cheap price. This is not a hand car wash so do not expect some phenomenal detailing. They will wipe your car off, again it won’t be perfect but that’s expectable for 11 bucks I believe. There is also a vacuum which is often full and does not really work that great. 2 months agoI paid 250$ for detailed car wash. I was promised that the roof will be cleaned, that’s was a main reason why I decided to use that service. Roof was not cleaned at all, even tho I was told they will it up with a shampoo. I also had to show them missed spots with a coffee stain or other stains from spilled detergent which were really visible. Very disappointed. I have been going to this place for regular car was for few years now and I expected better service.7 months agoGot there at 8am and there was already a line of cars waiting for service. Still worth it. I got the Full Service for $40. Very happy with the results.A shiny waxed car and a clean armorall interior makes my heart warm. Good value for the money, my car was extremely dirty he did an excellent job!
Granted it was a Wednesday morning but they were seven guys drying the car when it came out of the wash! You can clearly see that in the picture below.
They were voted best car wash on Staten Island and it’s easy to see why!
Wash was quick, price was good for its value, they cleaned every part of my car. Would recommend now that my car looks and smells like new!
I did the interior detailing express. It included exterior machine wash. $45 + tax + 1.95 credit card charge, comes up with a total $51, not including tips.
Too lazy to go too far so gave it a try, it’s done within 20-25 mins. Still saw some spots didn’t get clean, some stains they probably can’t remove with this express service!? Idk… I’ll give 7/10.
On the same day, I had the other car washed in Coney Island, Brooklyn and it’s $53 total and that one did much cleaner job so I gave the place 4 stars since I have comparison. Hope they could do a little deeper cleaning as I want my $45 worth rather than get it done in 20 mins.
I wish I could give zero star! Just came out from the place and paid for $30 for package number 3.

I love this car wash so much. The employees do such a great job with cleaning my car. All the employees are very caring. The ladies in the front are also very nice & welcoming. 10/10 service!
